Very helpful and useful app, makes it very easy for me to search for and purchase Japanese albums and goods! You are able to switch currency and calculate the estimated cost of shipping, which makes it very convenient too!
My phone its Android and whenever i click on product a problem connection server apear (401). I deleted and update the app and nothing changes, its. Been like from the start.
Great app but there is no ability to purchase through the app itself. For those people who havev 401 connection error, disable Adguard, VPN or Adaway or any app that filters your HTTP connection.
Very efficient and easy to use. Creating an account was a breaze. Rewarding points for purchases adds future discounts on orders. Great app 👍
App will not load at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't help. It just throws endless 401 connection errors whether I'm on wifi or LTE data, so I can't use it.
I honestly love their service and everything they do, however, improve the God forbidden bookmark and cart system! it's just not it. So hard to do everything and to sort everything.
So far everything working fine, the customer service is good as well, very responsive. Ads seems harmless not that threatening.
Displays the product in a good fashion. My only complaint is that it doesn't sync your cart or bookmarks.
App keeps acting really slow and I have good signal and high speed wifi. This is unacceptable! Fix your app please or atleast Optimize it! I love shopping on here as an Otaku but this is unacceptable for being slow.
Very fast delivery, and the customer services are quick to reply, **for the UK** only issue is after payment there are extra charges you are liable to pay for importing that aren't cd japan's responsibility.
Can't get past a 401 error EDIT ----- Developer responded and the fix worked. Can't in good conscience give them any less than perfect now. Bravo.

For some reason it'll automatically log me out along with clearing out my cart. By chance is this normal or a bug??

Why do I have to login every time to use this app?
Regularly getting my jp CDs from them, but would have loved it if they can only periodically top up CDs that are sold out, even if it's a handful of them. A few CDs I wanted are sold out or not available. Proxy isn't cheap, mind you. Overall still satisfied. Recommendations are not accurate though.
