I find it utterly shocking that a company that has 1987 employees cannot find 1 person to find out why this app will not work on any Android based devices either not at all or not fully working. When you call CDS Tech help or cardtronics Tech. no one seems to know who can be spoken to about their mobile app to track my ATM fleet statistics. I've never gotten a phone call back after at least a dozen attempts. No wonder the company has 885 million in revenue and almost zero in earnings. Useless !

Never worked. Samsung phone.. Constantly crashes....awful app....why bother having it available to download. Complete wast of time. And it's been like this for 2 years now!!

Since Cardtronics bought Columbus Data, they don't seem to care. Have sent emails to CDS tech support through play store only to find out when calling CDS Tech that nobody looks at those emails and they go nowhere. I am then told this is a problem for the sales rep or the ISO. Been complaining about thus app for a few years and it falls on deaf ears. They just don't care and expect anyone with a fleet of machines to log on by laptop. Using mobile browser doesn't work because the drop downs close

Authentication is broken. Please fix ASAP. Some of us are depending on this app. 10/17/20 update... Unbelievable that this app still has not been fixed. TERRIBLE customer service!!! 10/28/20 update... App is still not working. Shame on you for leaving your customers in the lurch!!!

Have used this app on three different android phones. It's glitchy, notifications do not work, and it's really not that user friendly.

This app only works on my Motorola Android Phone. Tried it on 3 Android Tablets and I-Pad, no luck doesn't work. I called CDS numerous times but they have no answers why it doesn't work on tablets. Just bought new phone, app doesn't work on it

Can't pull reports... whenever I hit the transactions it would bring me to the home screen. Some features just don't work on the app

Seems to be half ass working AGIAN. I uninstalled it for about 2 months and just re installed, it seems to be working again on my Android device. I'll give update in month or so !

App hasn't worked for weeks on my android phone. It still works on iPhone. I don't understand why they can't fix this problem. I'm not buying an iPhone just to use this app.

Stopped working on my galaxy phone. Can only log in on my lap top. Phone app Trys to login but never does. Even after update.

Needs to be fix ASAP! The app does let me long in tried reseting the password and it not my account it is constantly loading

This app is trash. You can't even log in with it. Why have this out tarnishing your brand if it doesn't even work?

Nice app if you could log in, it used to work great now it's been down over a week no one there seems to know how to fix it

Horrible. No updates to fix issues. No one is listening or simply doesn't care.

Limited and hard to find data, this is really the best you can do?
