CDS XPress Connect App

The CDS XPress Connect is a full-featured Android app that includes all of the standard features and functionality of traditional lead retrieval devices. Exhibitors can scan or type the badge ID to retrieve complete lead details in real-time. Add notes, answer qualifiers, conduct surveys, rate leads, schedule appointments and review all the leads captured at the event right on your device. The XPress Connect is offered by the leader in event lead retrieval and registration—Convention Data Services.

I was not able to sync my leads at any time. Reviewed all my phone and connection settings...all my other business aps are running fine, sales force, outlook/ exchange, slack, but this ap is stuck in " offline " no matter what I do. Wasted way too much time here already.

Once placed in badge capture mode using the camera, the image is flipped. This made it extremely difficult to capture the QR code, hampering my ability to quickly scan badges.

Spent $400 on this for LFI 2014 last week. Was not able to scan one single badge. The manual entry worked 3 times and that's it. I got other manual entries but there is no information associated with the badge. We ended up just getting business cards which worked. Getting good contact info is so important and I don't want to think about what this poor functionality has cost us! We had multiple people tell us that others were having similar problems. Don't spend the cash on this!

This app runs great and certainly helps collect leads. The notes section is really helpful.
