Hard to navigate. Had to call for assistance to upload certificates, but was put on hold. Sent email for assistance, and received immediate feedback. Did exactly as I was instructed and received message that action was denied. Sent another email, and was told to try to upload certificate on website if experiencing problems with app.

This app worked well when first installed. Now it's not allowing me to go to My Learning. Everything works fine on my computer. Is this not recommended on cell phones. Customer support did an excellent job at helping me to locate my courses.

Had a free basic plan, wanted to upgrade to a professional plan, cost for subscription is $29 for a year. Paid via the app, didn't go through but my money was taken. Current doing the run-around trying to get my money back. Absolutely the worst.

What good is an APP if it don't work. I have tried for an hour to upload CE units and all I get is error please try again or call support. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it isn't working. I would rather use computer at this time! This is suppose to be an easy way to keep up with hours; however, this is not easy for me. I read other reviews on this APP and apparently I'm not the only one with this issue.

App does not work nowl every time I try to open, it says there was an error try again. I have Concierge service per my account; however, the function in the app to self report by listing and taking photos of your CEU Certificates no longer works. When I called to ask why, I was told I have to email it to them. Not supposed to need that w/concierge. App never matches what is on the site. Support had no clue and I had uninstalled,/reinstalled to force update. Now ERROR to log into app. Android10

Every time I try to use this app; I have to call in to tech support. It will not let me get past initial steps. Nothing happens when I click Continue. So instead of using the app on my phone as intended; I have to log into a computer to report my CEU's. The phone app is useless. Tech support tells me to check for needed updates to the phone app and when I do there are no updates pending.

this app is almost impossible to use. Not intuitive or easy to understand how to apply extra ceu credits on your own. If you have multiple license it won't let you apply your continuing education units acrossed all of your renewal requirements. Very difficult to use. so disappointed in this app.

App is always crashing. Does not respond or advance to next step when reporting CE. Also does not break down CE by year. Maybe the paid version is better but given the issues I have had with this free version it doesn't seem worth it.

App doesn't update. When I've tried to enter CE's I'm prompted to enter provider and course of which I had already entered. I went online to the website and had no problem. It's been 24 hours and has not been updated to the app.

Senseless waste of mobile device storage and mental health. Can't log in to my existing professional account after multiple attempts. Went to the web browser to make sure I was typing it all correctly and got right in... Just use the web browser on your phone or tablet and save yourself some time and sanity!!!

Upgrading is an absolute waste of money. It doesn't show what credits you personally need. It just shows generically what CE courses are required for renewal. I'm going to seek a refund because this isn't what I paid for.

Frustrating! 1. Hard to get back to manage license screen unless you log out and back in. 2. Spent 1 hour on hold for phone support that contradicted chat support. (PS and CS here after) PS helped to clarify but made excuses for CS (I think PS was right) 3. Phone then almost helped me through use of mobile app and then hung up on me or line was dropped, just prior to uploading cert. 4. When upload failed it said "error try again later or contact support." It took 3 hours to complete task.

Terrible. Has only worked the first day I installed it. Everyday since it says error, contact support blah blah blah. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still doesn't work. Don't waste your time with this AP.

Hard to add a course, not easily navigated, needs more info about how to add a course. I paid for the upgrade but it isn't showing me as being upgraded.

The app is non functional. I am unable to log in to the app. Other reviewers have posted similar complaints, which this company fails to address. Their only response is to post an automated message. Absolutely worthless app. Uninstalled. 0/10 experience would not reccommend.

Useless. This is app serves no purpose other than to frustrate you while you try to fulfill your ceu requirements unable to get past continue button when entering ceu information. App either does nothing or it crashes after hitting it.

This app will not allow me to input CEUs which makes it useless. I put in the information and when I try to click continue, it will not go forward, then it kicks me out of the app completely, none of the information is saved.

Can't take a photo within the app to submit a certificate. It doesn't transfer. However, it's easy enough to just take a photo and then choose from gallery.

No longer works. Can use my login credentials on the website but not on the app. The app is officially useless to me now.

I have completed my 20 hours plus 2 additional go Florida licensure renewal, and it says i'm incomplete. Very upset contacted my cec educator, and he can't understand why. I suggest there should be an update for this app. Many new licenses have been added here.

I upgraded the account. They took my money and the account was never upgraded. I then contact customer support and they keep redirecting me. Very disappointed!

App allowed me to make an account but then I was unavailable to sign back into my account. Said it was unavailable, to try back. But never works. So I just go to the website thru my web browser.

I have tried over an hour to,upload CEU credits and it v doesn't even give me that option. I have in installed and reinstalled APP...several times. VERY FRUSTRATING

The app will not allow me to log in to my account. It says "Invalid username or password." I checked by using my computer to log in and it worked fine on my computer with the exact same information.

This app doesn't ever work properly. I always have difficulty inputting CEs due to what seems like glitches in the app. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Does not explain how to put your ceus in. I put all my in as one. I think you have to add each course but it doesnt explain this. Also downloaded mobile app but it appears not anywhere on my phone. Also does not have a logout screen...gcb

I am no longer able to enter my CEUs on the ap. And it did not respond to the concierge services well. I had to go on the website on the online to put in my CEU. Paying for the extra services certainly not worth it and I will not do it next year.

So far so good. Hopefully the photos that I uploaded for CEU documentation will be clear for them to see. It's nice to have all my courses and course history in one place. Thanks CE Broker!
