This app has always been easy peasy. Make my payment, look at outages, done. Today made me update app. Couldn't remember password that has been saved for 8 years. Asked for update link 3 times, updated pw, and not letting me log in. 0 stars, you obviously broke a perfectly functional app.

This app is s lie. Told me it took my payment only for my service to be cut off and charge me another 140$. Then the service rep wouldn't tell me why it accepted my account information if it wasn't a valid way to pay.

I love this app, it makes it so easy to make payments, and they're instantly applied to my bill. And you can make even the smallest payment; this app will even allow payments of less than 1 dollar. I can check my daily usage here, and it even allows you to compare your current usage to the prior years usage, and you can change the settings to text or email you if your usage goes over a certain amount.

App used to work fine. now two months in a row I "miss a payment" because it will not actually process the transaction. It will tell you it has, give you a confirmation number like it has. However my bank never saw an attempt to pull any funds. and I've had hundreds of dollars added in penalties. even though one of their employees that I had to make a phone payment with (to get my electricity turned back on) admitted over the phone that it does not work correctly.

Cannot even reset a password - cannot connect to the server while sitting in the main building in Kiln MS. Cannot connect through app nor through a link in an email. So how good is the app - I rate it as ZERO!!

This app stopped working several months ago. I sure do miss using it.

This app worked great up until recently. the past 2mths I have to go online to pay. it is telling me to call the call center. also to update my app but my phone does not show it needing to be updated. This app was so nice and easy before.

So up untill today was going good right up now it's telling me he can't connect to the server doing the pay-as-you-go meter and I am low so can't put money on there to make sure my power doesn't get cut off and you know that's supposed to be the whole reason for the app they get that fixed it then I will update my review but as of right now not very cool... FIX IT ASAP!!!!

Love the app fast and easy way to keep up w my account

This app did work until the most recent Android update. I emailed the developer a few months ago and it's still not working on my Pixel 2 on Android version 9.

What happened ? App said it would be down for maintenance on 12/19/21... it's eight days later and still crashes immediately upon trying to open. Was a great app, now it's useless. 😕

This app is useful, helpful, pay on line receive notification paid. Shows you what your payment is. Keep up with your usage. No hassel, no mess. Not sure of something, call.

This app is really worthless. Can't get into my bills, tou time is messed up all the time. I think they manipulate the bill and this is their way of confusing people. Then we are stuck paying whatever they say.

I have been trying for the last 4 days to update and it just buffers. Also, dont go through customer service. I felt like I was interrupting her day.

Can't view prior bills because app isn't letting me ooen or download the pdfs.

Can't open the app! I've been trying for 2 days to pay my bill. Developers need to come up with a better app!

It keeps freezing up after several months. This is one app that I can do without.

Does anyone know how to turn on push notifications. I can't seem to figure it out.

The only thing that works is one month usage and payments..

Should have left it the way it was. Can't open it, won't do anything but request download.

It used to work fine, but now it wont let me pay my bills online.

Update 10/30/19 : Working well now with payments. No complaints.
