Useless. They removed all functionality except for booking flights. Every other function redirects you to the website. I liked the old version better where you could do everything on the app (book, manage, check in, retrieve boarding pass). And the flight loading, it doesn't load when you're logged in! Flight lists for the day only loads when you're logged out.

Useless app and diabolical service from an Airline company in 2022. Its slow and hard to navigate, jumpy and so slow you have to re-enter data at times. Then the payment page freezes and when you go back in to complete the booking its deleted after 20minutes. Even the customer service people ignore the customers. But for a travel fund I'm trying to use up I'd go somewhere else and delete the app. Can't figure out how this crowd are still in business.

Not user friendly. There are times that i couldn't log in even if i have strong internet connection. Tried to check in online for my convenience to avoid lining up at the terminal but the app seems not working for this feature. Please fix this.

This is the first time I've ever encountered an ecommerce app where the subtotal is different when booking vs. when checking out to pay. It's so hard to trust your airlines with something as major like flying when you can't even fix these small details. All in all horrible customer experience, do better.

This is one of two national airline companies, here in the Philippines. But their customer service and contact number is scarce, unresponsive and unsatisfactory. Please bring back your landline contact number as your chatbot is just a bot and does nothing else really. Live chat agent takes too long to respond and wait times are abysmal. All in the name of automation, to speed things up and simplifying the process. Do better because we deserve better.

Add on for prepaid baggage does not work in the new update. When you click the add baggage image, the app crashes. The + symbol beside the prepaid baggage does not do anything. Worst upgrade ever. Then they'll ask you to pay x times the amount of what you could have paid once at the airport due to excess baggage.

One of if not the worst app and customer service experience one could ever have in his/her life. Totally useless and will give you a headache that could lead to depression. All the options does not work and no hotline to call. Small time groceries have better customer support.

Because of the pandemic my flights were cancelled, thus my expenses were converted to travel fund. Recently, I learned from the FAQs that it can be refunded so I had a chat with their service operator and gave him my booking ref number only to be told that it could not be found. I sent them my itinerary with the official receipt but they allegedly couldn't find the flight number. I have been following this up but they never got back to me. I don't think they ever intended to give a refund.

Very convenient to use and fast booking. One thing that I like the most I can use my travel fund and refund my ticket. I recommend this apps. I hope no need to put reason to refund request because we have right to refund the ticket because it's our money what ever kind reason. I hope you can fix this problem. Thank you and God bless

Inconsistent. So many errors. Very slow. It's hard to use. Customer service is unresponsive, then they also removed their hotline. Chatbot is almost useless. Needs a lot of improvement.

The older version is wayyyyy better. Absolutely the worst version of their app!!! It's true that the user interface has improved but everything else is garbage! When you checkin, manage booking, view boarding pass, it redirects you to an external link to their old website. And you'll have to login again. Then the interface changes to web browser! Everything used to be in the app itself. Ampangit!

This app does not work at all. NOT AT ALL!!! Which isn't surprising because other than booking flights and taking your money nothing else on the web page works either. If you have a problem there is also no customer service phone number. Best to just avoid Cebu Pacific entirely.

What a poorly developed app. Changes to the add-ons aren't tracked correctly meaning that it's impossible to select the right add-ons as the payment summary only seems to Add items but not Removals or Changes. As useless as the website which can't even proceed to the Payment page. No idea how Cebu Pacific even manages to sell their flights with such lousy a mobile app and non-functional website.

Your app is trash. I tried to open rn to check my flight schedule, it asked me to update so i did but afterwards it's seems to be stuck and not loading past start screen. So useless.

i have tried sending an email chatting and calling but no one is helping. i cannot log in to my account and my trvel fund is about to expire. make sure that if you are fully digital that it will be flawless for sign up or log in

This app is a prime example of beauty that is only skin deep. Management should hire a new set of backend devs for the poor handling of your system upgrade.

The recent update is a downgrade, what a letdown. Can no longer do anything in the app aside from booking a flight, everything else like manage booking is no longer available.

I agree with all the other 1-star comments here. It's so bad that a few times I thought the website was a phishing site feeling worried I gave my info to the wrong recipients. I love riding their airplanes, but their app & website needs serious help.

Get another web And app developer. This app Redirects everything back to browser.. slow server. Buttons are everywhere and difficult to navigate.

App always crashing , even one word we cannot enter before that it'll stop.Again need to restart. Please check and fix it. Thank you

Your app and website is not allowing us to rebook our flights! Always saying "Please try to reload the page" we need to change our flight

It doesn't make sense that you have to be routed to a browser for some functions... hope that improves...

If there should be 0 star, that would be my rate! The old version was more helpful. Why would you redirect all of your features to the web browser instead of having it inside the app! Think. Use your brain. You're not being helpful. Redesign your system! It's 2022 already!

I've installed this app 3 weeks ago and been trying to signup for an account but keep on receiving a message that something went wrong, same goes when I try signing up online. What's wrong is you guys are not fixing whatever is needed. This is one of the worst app, I'd give 0 stars if option is available. Anywayyyyy.

Old version was way way more fun and VERY useful for travel. This update was more like a downgrade, if not useless. This now ONLY works just for booking flights! Everything else - manage booking, check-in, view boarding pass, etc - you get redirected to your web browser, to their website, where you have to login AGAIN. Forget this app and just use their website to lessen the hassle. KAKALOKA!

Improve your app please. Its so hard to navigate and its so laggy, it keeps on requesting for a new password and even u have inputted a new password based on the requirement, it keeps showing that u didnt give the right needed req. The update is so disappointing.
