Everything was fine until I hit the send button and got transaction cancelled without clear explanation. All money remittance apps Ive used never took a day to get my money back. Now they cancelled my transaction and my money is on hold and the people waiting for remittance are now starving because Idk when I'll get my refund back.
You can send money in the Philippines easily and your receiver can pick it up at Cebuana within few minutes after sending. I sent money before using several apps but I've found out that quickz has the highest exchange rate which is one of the best things. They also notify you the status of your transaction until it's complete. I highly recommend this app, the best.👏
I would have given this a five star, if not for the beginning of the pandemic where I needed to really send money asap but it was always down and it kept asking me to call a 1800 number for some kind of verification before the cash could be approve. Now though, It is working great! No problems at all.
Fee for transfers is no better than using a 3rd party remittance company, like WorldRemit (both charge $4 to send $100 to the Philippines). The fee isn't cheaper when going directly through the remittance company (odd since that potentially gives them all your business vs. being divided between other 3rd party remittance companies. They also charge 2.4% for exchange rate. Save your phone's storage space. WorldRemit is just as good & offers multiple companies for pick-up locations.
at few sendings I had a slight problem, but over all this remittance was awesome. the money value is higher and the service fee is cheaper. I will highly recommend it.
It has been great but for some reason the app is freezing and I get a blank screen when I try to send money or even look at recent transactions/ update on my issue all has been resolved thank you for your assistance and help 🙂
Its good now... But u really need to watch ur money when u cancel a transaction... In the start i noticed it would not refund my money... They will not refund if u dont remind them... update 12/1 does not work or log in majority of the time... considering changing apps if not fixed.

I just downloaded it and it thinks I am in the US. I try creating a new account and it asks me if I got a new number??? Stupid app. Very disappointed. It is my first time downloading the app and I am quite sure my postpaid Globe number linked to my phone that was Globe-provided will show that I am clearly in the Philippines. This app is screwed up. I have a screenshot but I don't see any option to upload an attachment.
These remittance told in social media three remittance is free! Well no! They let me pay the fee.??? They asked for promo code but never see anything in fb.Other than that it could have been perfect

It's quick and easy and most of all the sender and the receiver can both received a txt message to inform if the money is ready to pick up or it already claim...I recommend this to my friends.. I just send to family back home..thank you cebuana lhullier...

After so many attempts you surprised me tonight. I was even mad the past few days for making it so difficult to start sending because of the stinking code reqruiement. NOW, ITS A MIRACLE... IT DIDNT TAKE ME A WINK OF AN EYE, AND THERE THE REMITTANCE STARTED MOVING.
We just sent money to Philippines yesterday October 7, we are required to call the number for verification ( we did) until now Oct. 8 we still not receive the code number. Please help!

Money was picked up by someone else in 23 minutes and my friend needs about 45 minutes to make in to town in a jeepney The Cebuana teller told her it was picked up 8 hours away in Manila however Pangea says it has to be picked up at the local location. I'm glad it was only $20, their customer service people are nice but no help whatsoever and their corporate office is a total joke with two speeds, dead slow and backwards, money was sent on March 17 and no follow through no nothing.
