very poor .. in online activation, anything is not working
Very good app with lot of useful functions. Based on the discussion with other people I belive this is one of the best banking apps provided in Romania. (I, for one, find particularly useful the option to download a statement for any account even if the month has not ended, it seems that a most of other banking apps do not provide this feature)
App crashes after update,it does not even launch
Since the last update fingerprint authentication is not working anymore. I'll change my rating when the problem will be solved.
Since the last update the app keeps on crashing when accessing Internet mobile settings and I do not receive any notification when I need to confirm online payments.
After the last update, you can't authorize any pay. I mean, you could, but the button doesn't work 🤦♂️
App is pretty nice, though it failed me once big time as they planned an upgrade and only let that known through the website, while the app itself hasn't mentioned anything at all and kept failing big time.
the app keeps crashing every time i try to tranfer money between MY OWN ACCOUNTS. i am using the latest Android version. the app is worthless !
The app is too old for this year.. It takes a looong time to connect with the fingerprint.. Compared to the other banking apps, it is quite unsatisfying..
The 'block for 48 hours' is useless, it blocks you totally, you need to go to the bank and ask for a new card, even if you found the old one. So don't wait for 48 Hours to be unblocked.
When you needed the most it does 't work.
It is quite functional, although there's no fingerprint access and cannot share iban (at least could do a aimple copy/paste action with it...
Very bad.... I change my phone and now I need again the activitate numbers, I enter the beginning 6 nr and last 4 and the phone number but the message never I have from them, I want to mention that my phone number is not romanian
I don't want apps that force the user to hold their mobile phones in portrait mode

I try so many times to check my balance but it doesn't work at all.guy come on somebody tell me, how can I check my balance?

Avoid like the plague.
Since last update the app crashes everytime you go to a different page than the general one. This app needs to work spotless !!! It's a bank app after all, there are transactions to be made, i can't even check the transaction list !!! You guys get a lot of commission from your users and still act like a second hand bank !!!
