Everything worked smoothly. When I once had trouble loading the app, I called CRBT and fixed it within minutes. App has worrked great since, and easy to navigate with app's instructions.

Haven't been able to use the app for years. It doesn't allow me to enter my username or password. It worked when I had the fingerprint set up but stopped working after an update. I reinstall every month or so to see if it's been corrected but I still can't get it to work. It's the only app I've ever had this issue with

There's a simplicity to the app because I've used other online banking apps before which is nice. However, because of that it also is lacking in both directions, such as mobile deposit requirements, and account details. Good but could be improved slightly.

A decent app with nice capabilities. It consistently tells me it can't verify my information though, to which it will be fixed quickly or by the next day. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. I can still easily check my balance which is almost all I need it for.

this app is a waste of time, I would think for a bank it would be important enough to listen to customers and correct anything that needs to be corrected to make it better, because without customers what do you have..... there should be no reason why I should have to call to reset my password every single time I want to use this app. also it keeps showing a different phone number for me so how can it send a text to do so. very disappointed

I'm not sure if it is due to my bank, or this app, but there will be random times where my account is unaccessible for what i see to be no reason whatsoeever, i cant make transfers, withdraw money, or seemingly anything on the app when this happens. It tends to be at night, and also happens when I need that money most

Dated app and terrible interface.

Can deposit checks from home! Interface is slightly clumsy. Shows drafts and deposits, but not a running account total. I wish it showed the running total. Then it would be 5 stars.

I'm on a one plus 6t. App doesn't even start. Keeps crashing. Any idea why? Edit: Works after reporting app crash! Wonder if it was your update, or androids...

This app is the worst I've ever downloaded and it's my banking app the bank offer's. Having to reset password every time for a yr. Now. Very disappointed in crbt and show no concerns on fixing the issues with it. If you can't afford 24hr. Banking number to call then get an app that does. For real man maybe if you did I bet people wouldn't have overdraft fees pretty sad I got to use another banks ATM to see my balance u should be given me and charge me to do it. Can't give 0 Stars like I wanted

Much improved over my period experience. Always does what I need and makes my finances accessible and easy to manage. Great app.

Seems to be working really well. Occasionally I need to call the bank for a reset of the password, but I really like the features it provides!

Works great for me! I can check balances, pay bills & transfer between accounts with ease. Very convenient!

App crashes everytime I open it. I can't even get to the login page. Please fix or bring old one back. I use it daily.

Worked for a while, then became unstable, crashing continuously. Customer support nonexistent, and this customer pretty frustrated.

Always super awesome. One gentleman that works at my neighborhood CRBT even returned a lost glove to me across the street where I work because he knew it was mine. I ride a bicycle daily and the fact that he did was so rad because it was the middle of winter.

Keeps crashing. Haven't been able to access accounts at all. Please allow access using the old app (which works)

App crashes when I try to log in. I use the old app to deposit my paycheck every two weeks. They disabled the working app and now I can't deposit my check anymore.

This app is horrible. Every time I try to login there is always a error message. It is beyond irritating 😡

I use USB debugging on a basis. I am annoyed that I have to now disable that just to use the app. Please remove that as a check.

Can't ever login always says can't verify credentials even though I've used same information for 3 years. I'm about to leave and go to another bank

If it takes too long to fix, may have to go somewhere else. Need negatives for rating some apps.

CRBT has been my main bank account for the last 6 years and is by far the best I have had ever. They are always there when needed and always make sure I am well taken care of.

I put this app on my phone and now i can balance my accts daily and never have any problems. This app is fantastic!!

App is garbage.. app will force stop and not even let you get into login screen

This thing is confused. It always wants to be updated - even after it is updated.

So much easier to do things but it is scary sometimes doing it on the internet
