Says its connected to the fan... doesn't connect at all. The remote is for an air-conditioned unit. Thought maybe it connected to my air con. That didn't work either. Bulk ads. Useless scam app that makes money from people trying to get it working and are forced to view ads. Should be removed from the Google store.
I can't even use the app because of all the advertising. I literally thought my phone was broken, but it was just this app. If this changes, so wool the review. Also, the app asked to "help us out by giving us five stars" , without even having a chance to try it. Over zealous....
Doesn't work even though indicates it is connected to fan. Ads interrupt setup and use. Setup options are incomplete. Also confusing interface. Select fan control but it displays A/C dashboard.
A big ZERO! Does absolutely nothing. app was set up multiple times with Fan company and control type, but did nothing. just annoying full screen adds with every 2nd click.
Says it connected with my fan, but that was a lie. Didn't work. At all. Plus, 5-6 ads while trying to feel my way around the initial 5 mins! Uninstalling.
Not usable. The app name and function don't seem to tally. The UI appears to be for an air conditioner instead of ceiling fan.
Very unprofessional app. No instructions. Too much user interface noise. Tries to accommodate many fans but does so poorly. No clear option to control light.
No way this app works. Just a place for ads! It simply states it "found" your fan, but has controls for the AC? False advertising!
Does not work. Says it's connected but doesn't do anything. Also the ads come on after tapping any button 4-5 times.
Doesn't work. Lists Hunter, doesn't control Hunter. Riddled with ads. Was hit by three before I could even get to setup. Worthless.
Can turn on fan and connected fast but no ability to change speeds or turn on fan's light. Better than nothing though.
Not a ceiling fan remote. It seems more like a remote for a wall mounted ac system than a ceiling fan. Wont connect to harbor breeze fan and dosent have an option to turn on the light.
not even CLOSE to being a remote ceiling fan app! And 10 minutes of pop-ups telling me to rate it with it five stars before I uninstalled. Can't wait to see what other shtuff that came with it that I just put into my phone 😵
doesn't work and ads pop up b4 the app even loads up, and then asks for ratings before the app loads not a good way to setup anything u want bad ratings that's a good way to get them
Doesn't work. How is a ceiling fan supposed to know the temperature anyways? This isn't some high tech air conditioning system. It's just a fan and I want to copy the remote. What the heck is this?
Just Ads. it says, "success! connected to your fan" but its not. Then, a big screen ad comes up. it says connected before you even choose which brand you have.
Loaded with ads. Couldn't even program the remote without being interrupted with another ad.
Non functional. Ads every 20 seconds. Asked me rate upon opening the app the first time. DO NOT USE.
Says it's a fan remote with AC remote settings but you can set the IP address from your TV. Told me it successful connected to my fan while in an open field...not sure if this is a prank app or what?
Complete and utter waste of time. Fan remote control that actually looks more like an aircond remote control, joke's on me, I guess.
It's not a fan remote... It's an AC remote. Completely wrong name. Don't waste your time on this.
I have never uninstalled and given 1 star faster in my life. I saw ads for more time than I spent using the app. Worst UX ever.
rubbish app. only has a small number of manufacturers/fan models. also gives false status saying connected to AC when I dont even have AC in my house.
i can't even open the app, all i see are ads. i want to try it before I rank it
Zero Stars! The app appears to be faking that it is doing something so that you keep working on setting it up. Every other click brings up a new obnoxious full screen ad in addition to the banner ads. Of course, nothing makes it work because it is totally bogus. Everyone will eventually uninstall it and the app creators will get ad revenue based on how long you keep trying to make it work. I think it's time for Google to police the play store for real.
