This is a very will designed app and it functions perfectly. It connects to your rewards account and allows you to redeem your free tickets (if you've earned any). I've seen some good apps and a lot of garbage apps, this is definitely one of the best (and by a small theater chain no less).
I like having showtimes available at my fingertips. However the convenience fee for ordering online is bizarre to me. I see now there is a VIP subscription so maybe it's a means to get you to sign up for that. Overall it's a great app and does work well. That's the only reason it loses a star.
Excellent app! Makes it easy to purchase movie tickets and even throw in your snack order. The only downside is that it says you can order from your seat in the theatre, but how when you aren't supposed to even HAVE your phone on. But hey! No quibbling on procedure. It's easy to use and understand.
When I click on "purchases" the app immediately closes. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it doesn't work. When I try to purchase tickets it doesn't give me the option of paying for the tickets it just gives an error message "there was a problem with your payment". Had to go to the main website to buy tickets.
app is great... picking up tickets at our theater is a toss up... you may end up waiting foreeeevvvver in the concession line to get your tickets... even with preordered food and tickets! We missed the start of the last movie we went to see because of the line. Recliners are comfy and swivel tables are nice touch... and when ticket desk is open, things are great! So... I say 4 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟
It's pretty good, but not as intuitive as it could be. I like that it remembers my food order, but it should have an "add" button if you want to change it up. I have a reward voucher, but am not sure how to use it through the app (even though it shows up in the app under my membership.
Fast and easy to use. Makes getting tickets a breeze. Did have trouble once with an older version of the app, but no problems since the last visual update. Great functionality.
The app is very thorough in functionality! Can't say it always is informed of all snacks available, though. Overall, it helps a lot with reducing time from getting tickets to getting seated.
Using this app is very helpful especially when the website is slow to use. I always like getting the popcorn buckets when I purchase my tickets. It makes it very convenient. So if you love the movies and you love going to celebration Cinema I would suggest using this app for all of your purchasing needs.
Keeps crashing. Shows theaters but not movies playing. Movies show under that category, but not what theater or show times. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to get it working again. App needs help!
The thing crashes 9 times out of 10 when I try to buy tickets. Super frustrating. Wind up having to use the flipping internet browser instead, so what's the point of this?
Convenient and functional. Only issues I have are the extra fee for booking online and that they aren't setup to scan my QR when I go to the theater so I end up in line to get a printed ticket anyways.
I love having the option to buy ahead of time. I take my 2 young kids to the movies often and we like certain seats. I also have enjoyed ordering our food ahead of time as little hands carrying concessions far, or me carrying food/drinks for 3 isn't exactly ideal. I do wish they would add more of their concession options, like cotton candy.
I find the app easy to use and paying for the tickes is really easy. I like the way the page with the movie listings is set up.
App doesn't do anything but tell me where the cinema is and what the showtimes are. I can get that online! I ordered my tickets and it told me to download the app to order food, I downloaded and logged in with the same info and it shows no purchases and will not allow me to order food. Really what's the point of this? It doesnt even show me my points. I have more info and access on the website.
Sometimes I can't find movies or events. But the app definitely comes in hands at the movies so I don't have to stand in line.
App worked fine until after I bought tickets early (7/29) for a film in September; now it won't even open. Uninstalled and reinstalled over 10 times since. Still not working.
Fail. App "stopped" on first and second attempt at starting. There will not be a retry until I see a new update has been applied, and even then I'll be skeptical.
Stinks that you can't use earned rewards within the app. Have been told by multiple employees that the only way to redeem rewards is if you show the counter. The point of the app is to skip going to the counter.
Love buying tickets and choosing seats from home. It's easy to use. Can even pre-purchase concessions, although I've not tried that feature yet.
To sign into rewards you need an email address or password. I can't reset my password because it keeps saying error in processing request. It's very irritating.
I'm having the same problem as others are having. I'm entering the right email address/password and the app won't accept it. I can log into the website however.
Basically non-functional. Will open, but always displays "we're having problems contacting the cinema" error.
The app was great while it worked. Far easier online the app crashed and never worked properly ever again. Couldn't get.it to work at all
I was able to get tickets and pick seats, the rewards program auto-applied, and that's all I need from a theater app. Huge.
The app is very just wish there was photos of what seats you chose after purchase. Overall, really good.
Not real happy. Can log into website, but not the app. Can't order food on the website. Credentials are correct. Will be uninstalling shortly!
As a VIP member, it's frustrating when the app times out on your ticket selection with subscription, locking you out from making any additional purchases that week. It happens almost every other showing I go to. It'd be an awesome app otherwise, but this makes the experience a chore. A cinema employee even admitted it as a known bug a few months ago. I hope a fix goes in soon.
