They were so unprofessional. Alva was in charge of my transaction. My customers paid $586 of a $2000 invoice using cell it. I understand the safety of consumers, but after she received all proper forms from myself, (invoice, customer address and information, a call from my bank and also spoke with the customer who paid for the service, she went on to ask if I did a good job, if I deserved the money, why did they feel like they should be paying me for the service, then tried to get my homeowner to give her their bank login information, account information and still held up the transaction despite already taking the money from my customer.... she spent an entire day doing this and said I could not talk to ansuoerviose for 24 hrs. I was not allowed to charge a customer x amount of dollars for a service when I told her and it showed on the contract it was the final balance and they paid for the materials with cash and I used Joist the first time. I used cell it because they do not take money from the sell. However, this woman was so disgustingly rude... my customers wanted me to issue the refund so they could pay using Joist again and pay the extra amount. It still has me sick and I am still without $600 thanks to Alva. She wanted pictures made up lies about how long it took me to do the job which had nothing to do with her. My customers told her how disgusted they were and I have yet to hear from a supervisor. I could go on and on about how horrible this was. I own a business and I have been doing this for 16 years and this is the first time I have issued a refund due to customer service from a cc merchant service. Mind you... some of my services and products cost 9-10,000. I couldn't sleep over the whole thing. Do not use this company for anything! Ever!

I have had this app and reader for probably at least 6 months. 9 out of 10 times the reader won't connect to my phone even though it is fully charged, I was told the "fee" was $14.99 pr month plus their percentage which was supposed to make it less than Paypal or Square Nope $30 a month if you don't do some stupid survey which I wasn't told about. They charge you even if you are not using the app and are 100% unwilling to help you resolve any issues. Save your self the aggravation and use Paypal or Square.

Not ready for true business use. Doesn't work with some phones and has hidden fees plus a 3 year contract. Would be great if it really worked. No instructions with unit or even a compatible phone list. They are just trying to get money any way they can. App also loses charges and double charges customers. Customer service does not care one bit about issues. They even charge you for their mistakes. Avoid this service at all costs!!!!

I bank with Woodforest and always get my money within 2 business days. I recommend to colleagues all the time. Woodforest is there for me if I ever have a problem and fix it right away unlike the "Big Banks" I've dealt with in the past. I hate to see these negative posts but the branches in Indian Trail NC & Galleria in Charlotte are the best hands down at customer service.

I have been with this merchant services for 3 weeks. Processed 3 transactions with them and they took 3 weeks to process my funds. Theu contacted my customers to verify transactions without my permission. This company is extremely unprofessional nor reliable! DO NOT use them_ if you download and use this app use EXTREME caution you will probably never see your money or it will take extreme measures to get it! Would rate 0 stars but I can't

I do not like the new update. I think it is very rude to have to ask my customers how much they want to tip me or hand the device back and forth between customer and employee. Please change it back! I like the signature and tip on the same page.

I had to go through hell to get the little swipe did my first transaction and still I haven't receive any funds I'm glad it's a small amount so I will take that lost I closed this merchant acct I will stick to paypal
