From a tech's view point it's fantastic. The one big problem is not all customers problems make since. Something is getting lost on translation from time to time
I enjoy using this App. It is easy to navigate and is of great assistance in documentation and work flow.
This is a great app. Very fluid and easy yo use. The team at Puls also offer great customer service and tech support for both the techs and the clients. Highly recommended
The Puls App was very user friendly to learn and if I needed help with a issue the Puls team was always there to help me resolve my issue.

The app is pretty easy to follow and use.
Used service on December 2nd. Had 2 TVs that needed to be mounted. Tech shows up with 1 mount that won't work for either TV. I had to buy new mounts from Lowes. Tech did not have stud finder, drill, level, or ladder. Did not have 2nd person to lift TVs. I'm really not sure what the hell paid for considering it was all my tools and I had to help mount both TVs...what if I hadn't been there? My wife couldn't have done any of that. Paid $300+ and I did half the work! App GPS not real time
job search (LENSA) Ad was $90/hr, and I applied the Puls tech position with spending 4 hrs; application video orientation, background check etc completely. I received $45 payout for my first job. Actually job offer was $55 on the App and my customer didn’t make a membership, then Puls made a reduction of $10 even if not my fault. I am not pretty sure if $45 earning is valuable between fuel costs, vehicle mileage, insurance relate, and total 2 hrs operation. And always frozen if use schedule tool
It's a joke and it ain't funny. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would give them. Grand promises of unlimited earnings. Work as much as you want. If you want none. Eleven jobs in 6 months. I get great ratings from clients. I get great tips, one was $100 and never less than $20. I can get more work standing outside Home Depot. Today I drove 51 miles for a job and the client wasn't home. 102 miles for nothing. Don't waste your time.
Application was great. Now all of a sudden after the update my app never shows any jobs it stays at zero. Please fix this issue I need to pick up some jobs.
I've been a Puls technician for 4 yrs now and this app is amazing!! 👏 they constantly tweak it with updates to make it seamless and an easy experience as a tech, Love the Puls platform!!
I respect this company a lot more than in the past. i have seen it grow and they are very forgiving and will make things right for both the customers and technician. You have to be able to push for what you want and not take any b.s. its not really viable as a primary income but if you love working with your hands and want to make a quick buck doing it its not a bad use of free time.
I have never had complaints until now. This new update has completely taken me out. It crashes on me and keeps asking me to update the update that was already uploaded.
Most parts ain't in the app to give accurate quote to customer for company. Also pretty expensive. Washer drain pump replacement cost was over $300 and the part was only $35. Outrageous. Most of the app is a waste of time.
The worst app ever. I cant log in with my phone. There is no help, reset of other information on the main screen of the app. The biometric is unresponsive.
So far everything has been awesome!! The chat room responds quick, and whenever I need assistance there is always some one willing to help. A major plus puls have tons of work!!!
I used to work for puls technician. when I get the first customer,they call me saying that to the TV. ok I went to bestbuy bought the TV mount for 75inches TV,I paid $96 after taxes,from my own pocket. I installed the TV mount for the customer. but puls never refunded the full amount that I pay. I have proof of everything that I wrote. so guys if they to you buy the TV mount, be totally concerned
Excellent work platform. Only thing is that should have electronic check list that replaces paper that we can have customer sign through the app screen.
I don't know how they did it when it comes to all the interactive ways the app works including when you get to the job but it is great
In comparison to other apps puls is thorough and the text function is efficient. Plus also has a master tech that is a tremendous help and all the dispatchers follow-up and help keep the techs aware of things that may of been overlooked.
