Warnings of eminent Loss of data not prominent enough. Loss of data should be headline with WARNING in bold and red letters. The time allowed to sign in and out is limited. The app should be designed for efficiency. Too many calls for accidental loss of data.
CellTrak opens on My Cellphone well. The only issue I have is that my phone slows down when I open the app. It never stops running in my background. To the point gps, phone calls and other important apps on my phone freeze. I miss calls or double pay for things and thats not much of a win, Except accuracy for work, but my personal life is getting a bit annoying.
I have real mix feeling about this app. Not all of then are the fault of the app. My company just started using this. Not all my clients are showing up. Not sure if its the app or the people running it. Also some of my clients have a difficult time with the signature. Getting them acquainted with how to signature fuction touch screen has been no picnic.
Worst app ever. Never wants to load, constantly kicks you out and makes you change your password. Never knew what clients I had, office personnel Never communicated efficiently so was impossible to know what I was to do. Addus and this app need a redo badly.
Does not update like it needs to. Multiple times, when a patient is added to a schedule from net smart it transfers late, or appears, then disappears. I've had a few blank days where I haven't been able to clock in and out at all. When my job switched to using this, they said we'd love it... They were DEFINITELY not right.
Finger print login gives me trouble all the time.
Doesn't load, constantly kicks me out or doesn't actually clock me in/out of my shift. Highly inconvenient.
I've been using Celltrack for years but in the last week I've been getting Error 900 and it won't sync when my mobile data is on, it appears to only sync when I'm using WiFi, which isn't practical as I need Celltrack when I'm out working! Tried reinstallation but not solved problem?!!
it keeps canceling activities. I'll start with a client and watch it log in time I started and when I go to do care plan at end of my activity and doesn't show I even started. Then I end up having to do an exception sheet. Has happened several times. please fix
Helps greta save trees. Not as forgiving once you enter something wrong and need to go back and fix it. Care plans can change any given day. Unfortunately this app won't allow the adjustment on either end. Very cut n dry to the real world.
The service address won't update. I thought uninstalling and reinstalling will help but it took me back to the register page even though I registered already now I have to wait until Monday to deal with this again. Whoever made this app, why doesn't the login page appear when I reinstall it? It always leads to the register one. Fix this!!!
No clients name to click on to clock in.
Since the biometric came in my app turns my phone off the second I hit the screen. I never even had a chance to sign up for not. Nothing has worked correctly since. I know I have lost hours
This app has been slowing my phone since November! Once I clock in my phone slows down so bad to the point where someone is calling my phone my screen is black but my phone is ringing I have missed calls from my kids and its JEPARDIZING thr safety if it's an emergency!!
I have had this app 4 about 3 mos. and I like it it's so Convenient for my clients and I don't have to go to the office every 2 weeks to turn in my time sheet Unless is a problem other than that it is a good app
Have had no problems UNTIL New Years Day. Now the app no longer displays my clients names, they are all gone! Now I have to go in and manually add my hours into the portal until they get around to 'fixing' this issue. Until then I get to enjoy the 2022 app bug....
