Being forced to use this half hearted attempt at an app is irritating in itself as large as a company cemex is you'd think they might invest a bit more into making sure it operates on point. Next, it's a 1 in 3 chance it works with the ticket number entered and it magically falls onto the driver to bring attention to it or there's a penalty involved. Also it randomly cycles itself through the job phases Lastly the app won't effin go away once I'm done for the day. I have to force close it.
sometimes the ticket get closed by itself.. please fix this error
theres a few things I'm unsure about with this. it does the same thing as I do on paper and I still have to do the paper version so that makes this pointless to me. also I've noticed that sometimes when I tap "next" from "on site" itll go straight to "unloading end" and skip "unloading start". a suggestion, add a verification method like "are you sure you would like to make this change". I have other suggestions also. p.s. I'm not a cemex driver but I am through an outside carrier
