I installed app. I registered. When I tried to log in it said my password was wrong, then I chose "forgot password" and it said my email was not recognized. I tried to re-register, said my email already in use. I have no idea what the app is like because I have never been able to get in. would love to try it out if you could help.

Pretty good, However some of the explanations leave a lot to be desired. One that comes to mind right now is there is a question on the Glasgow coma scale which basically says that 12 is normal and too high (not true as normal is 15) and 5 is too low but never actually explains the Glasgow coma scale broken down into subcategories.

Misleading. It gives you two chapters of study material, but if you want the practice questions or anything more than 2 chapters you have to pay 29.99 subscription.

Do not purchase. Inaccurate answers to several questions! Several OB questions were inaccurate. Questions about rabies and rodents is highly misleading and not accurate. I purchased this because it has the Mosby name. I assumed these questions were well written and researched.

Be warned: the CEN is not all about Emergency Nursing. In real life ED nursing is ALWAYS ABCs. But the CEN is not. Apparently abx are a priority over airway management and increased bronchodilation. And the use of a peak flow meter is a priority over auscultation in asthma exacerbation. Again, the ABCs of Emergency Nursing do not always apply to the CEN. To pass the test, learn the test, don't trust what you know and practice.
