I tend to forget my password at times makes it extremely difficult till you get back in I have to jump all kinds of Hoops and stuff that part of it becomes really aggravating so I've been without internet access to my account because of it for about 2 months now kind of just decide to just deal with the ATM machine instead or at least until I really need to get back into the card
Good app...no longer need to sign on my computer to get the app to work. Just download it and you're good. good for a credit union. best bang for your buck...if you could have multi-factor authentication, That would help, Thank you🙂
It doesn't work anymore. Every time I try to open the app, it goes to a white screen and it says something along the lines of "An error occurred, please call for maintenance assistance." So I had to go online to see my account. Can y'all fix this please?
Not working at all! Just a white screen and freezesmy phone. I have to go online to view my account. Also, hate the fact that if overdraft it just says your account balance is $0.
It takes a couple days for transaction to display. Also if the bank is not open and your transfer funds will not be processed.
Difficult for me to reset password- teller walked me through process over phone in about 2 mins Very convieniet,time saving
It keeps saying there is an update even if I already updated it and brings me to the play store. Also why doesn't it give you your true balance like if your account is negative?
Very convenient . I don't have to make frequent trips to the bank . I can manage my accounts through mobile banking.
Love it! I can deposit, transfer between accounts, pay bills and all from home.
Easy to use... however it will be useful to have ending in balance before deposits... thank u
