Mobile and email linked is not updated when it is updated in bank account.
Unable to do bsnl recharge. It shows "unable to create booking".
The screen keeps blinking, and the app doesn't open at all. Central bank always kept on giving the typical corrupt SARKARI office feel. the app doesn't work, ATMs mostly out of order and mobile banking keeps on crashing. I regret for having a account in this one. Kindly fix the issue of this app ASAP.
Useless App. when i open the app , all the time its display blinking page but actually the app doesn't open. but when I clear the catches and data from App setting. and restarting all the login procesure then is open but again next time this show only "Blinking page."
earleir i was able to open this app and see my rewards, but after updating the application is not opening at all. it just keep processing and then crashed. the worst thing is its not opening at all. please, fix the issue
this is one of the worst apps. if there was zero in the rating scale i would hace given zero for this app. this app gets installed very easily but wont open. i tried twice uninstalling and reinstalling but everytime, it is not opening.. the screen gets blinking but the app wont open... what is the use...

बकवास App. Not functioning properly. You have to create seperate account for all your debit cards and credit cards. Cant redeem all the debit and credit cards at one go. Max Get More was a better app.
After new update, the app keeps on loading but doesn't open. Before it worked fine and transaction was smooth. Can anyone fix or last feb update will be the last for the years to come.
It's the least I could give rating to this app... Mobile number not updated called many times but result zero. Password showing over attempts. Contacted home branch end result total zero. Unable to login.. And recover password

Its so bad app & it is not useful when i try to sign-up in this app by debit card or user id then it says stream was reset and then automatically cancelled. I have tried to many times but all times same problem creates I don't like these types of applications 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
The new update is really annoying, the app is not able to open, just the preloader keeps on moving again and again, please can i get the previous version.
Worst app.... The reward points were not credited from the last one year and also customer support is of no use. Central bank should close its rewards platform if they are not willing to give rewards to their customers.
Worst experience ever. I was never been able to login for reward points then what's the point of having them in your account and neither I am able to connect with the customer care, I don't even know how this bank is still running without any customer satisfaction.
Earn Reward Point on your debit card transaction. Also Redeem the point in an easy way.

Pathetic app and pathetic service.. The customer care hangs up after putting the call on hold for over 10 minutes. There is no response from the email team. My product has not been delivered even after 45 days. Wish I could give a 0 star rating

Recharged Vodafone mobile on 28 th July but it is still showing pending till date. Neither refund has been made for failed transaction as the transaction after 3 days deemed to be failed and amount reverted back to account. There is no way you can raise request/make complaint via the in app application.
Even after updating the app, otp validation is failed every time. Very slow processing, taking too much time to load. Please resolve the bug
