Most of the times the server doesn't respond. The screen keeps getting stuck on the loader. Absolutely terrible experience with the app and Central bank in general.
What a wonderful app. In terms of user interface also. Some times it's slow need to boost up servers for faster processing.
New app appearance is good. But some or the other entries are missing in every month and custom search datewise also doesn't show these entries. Kindly look forward to this error. There are no options to edit personal ledger , only add option is provided if any entry is linked twice you can't edit and remove that entry. And what about missing entries ?
Very Bad experience, from some days app is not working fine, when we try to use any functionality it simply says unable able to process the request, please try again. Not showing transactions after month of April also can't able to send e-mail account statement, same problem in all
In Older versions interface was easy to understand as page wise transaction view was very helpful. Now only one month transaction get loaded so it took so much time to get older transactions.
While opening app it's showing pop up for update while clicking on "Update App" it redirects to app store and there is no option to update. It just show open app. Worst app.
It's very easy to use. Thank you Central Bank of India team. Customer care also very helpful. They provide all available digital alternate options which will help customers avoid visiting branch & solve issues online itself.
Earlier the interface was easy and wonderful. It open and looks same like a passbook. Now it becomes complicated and not user friendly interface. And it takes too much time to open. It doesn't shows all the past transactions easily until you touch on to show more transactions. Very disappointed!!
Updated app is fantastic. Only suggestion, latest entries for one or two months should come on its own rather than load previous entries even for latest transactions. Not able to find finger print scanner for registering touch ID. Except these two issues the app is really the Best. I am delighted. Thanks and congratulations to the Team. Since yesterday app is not working after ENTERING CIF N MOBILE NUMBER. OTP is coming. But screen for entering OTP not coming.
Unable to login. Even it says OTP generated successfully, we won't recieves the OTP. Once I waited as long as a day, but hadn't received OTP. Edit: Now this new features, look are just really amazing. It is really working very good. I'm just updating the rating from 1 to 5. I really appreciate CBoI.
Previously, this app was horrible. But the recent update has changed everything. The interface is also minimalistic and the app is also robust in its efficiency. No network problem now🙂
This app is helpful. Account details is showing total of savings and term deposit, it creates confusion. Account details should show total of savings separately and total of term deposit separately.
It's working quite well!! Just it would have been better if the identity of the person who is sending money could be made clearer in the passbook
Passbook takes a hell lot of time to update. Shows error while refreshing to get latest transactions. Please fix this.
Whenever I try to see my passbook, it shows error. Unable to process your request, plz try later. What is the use of such app? Better go to bank n get my passbook updated instead. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
quite good but there is always a scope to make it better, if there's an option to see even the deposits and all...like the yono app it would be much better. thank you!
It doesn't show resent transactions even after refreshing several times. I am Facing this issue from a month. Previous Update was working smoothly
Previous version was very good. But this version is not loading properly ,today is 2 May but showing till 29 April only . Pls fix it
No details are visible. All account details are blank, can't even see the account statement as everything inside is empty.
Very nice app,but Statement password is much complicated. It is not working since March 2022. We are unable to process is the error message
Very much useful with All accounts and its transactions detaila. Its also having very good feature to make request for statment in PDF format. Thanks for providing beautiful user friendly app
Though the name is mpassbook but it doesn't get updated even after days. Synchronisation feature is useless. Need alot of improvement. Upgrading my rating by 2 points after updating the app. Now works good with me
By updating to the new version , the app has stopped working. Even after entering correct CIF no. and Mobile no. , the app is showing no such account found. It's such a height that no one replies even if reported. Can anyone help regarding this. ? Request central bank to help regarding this issue or else they will ignore.
I want to tell that there is an issue in Cent m- passbook. When I tap on passbook option in app it shows that select Account Type, but there is no option showing where I can tap to see anything. I also appreciate new UI and various features in this app comparing to old updated app, But there is an issue. Please solve this issue as soon as possible, it's not my order it's only my pray 🙏🙏. Please solve this.
Nice Initiative, better than the previous version. Still some minor changes can be made like statement can be mailed for more than 3 months also in one go. Some bugs are there like email id is not shown while mailing the statement. Overall satisfactory app.
Very very disappointing with the new updates.Instead of fixing the bugs you have created the bugs.There are numbers of issues in it but the most irritating and annoying is that It does not show the options to select Account Type in Passbook.Either you fix these issues or upload the previous version of the app.🙏🏻
It is not opening. When I tried to log in as my previous log details were erased, it sends OTP but there is no provision for OTP in the softwere. Please look into this anomaly and correct it. Also guard our account with balances and inform us of the secured environment you have protected is. Thank you for your all time great softweres.
Not able to register in app. After entering, customer ID and mobile no., got OTP sms but unable to insert that OTP for registering as processing keeps going on and nothing is moving forward. Only update App when you have fully functional update software. Totally a mess !!
The app is useful. It shows all your bank transactions & account information. I liked the a feature called 'personal ledger' which let you make your own ledger. But what I not like about this app is its UX and UI. Looks like some amateurish designer has made it. Also, the app is a bit confusing sometimes. The 'personal ledger' feature which I stated above doesn't let you edit or delete the transactions. UI is not good. Not expected this from a Govt app. Hope CBI design team will make updates.
