Helpful app. Only problem is that it claims to download receipts from transactions but it doesn't. And the transfer of money to mtn numbers is Impossible, it only allows me to send money to my mtn number. It'd be nice of I could send money to other mtn numbers aside from mine.

Worst app I have seen on here Why does it stop working when u change devices you can't really log in tried to call customer all in vain its been two weeks and the issue hasn't been resolved. There are other security measures you can take other than blocking a person from accessing their account. Everything is digital now I don't have to stand in a queue just to send money.

Using this App is like walking to the Bank and standing in that queue and still get no help. Customer care, doesn't help at all. 👎 Needs alot of work.

When I changed my phone, I could not use the app on the new phone. The App does not detect the secret code. No option for typing it. Just annoying 😒

Activation Key doesn't work. I can't log in, I receive the activation key but I can't enter it. This makes it useless

The Activation Key input is disabled, so i cannot even login to the app🤦🏿. Based on other reviews i have quit using it for now.

Good application nice interface but Non responsive all the time. The developer really needs to fix this it's frustrating work.

It's the best quickest app I have seen. Cheap transactions, Quick just 5 seconds after performing a transaction, cheap paying bills (water, electricity, and other Bills. I really love centemobile app. Make it more cheaper and accessible for those in deep areas.♥️⚘ Thank you.

Why does it stop working when you reset or change your device? It shouldn't depend on how many times u change your device but only on login credentials

I was extremely happy with the update that came with the ability to share transaction details on WhatsApp and email. What happened to this functionality?

Something ain't fine wid this yo app... It has been two days nw waiting fo an OTP that has to be read automatically for ma registration wid centemobile BT in vain..... I Mean 🤔🤔

Same story. Worst experience You can not operate it on a new device. Imagine you are overseas and they can not even help you

The app is good but please work on the following. Account blocking after 1 wrong attempt is tiring as one has to go to bank to reset pin. Please return to 3 times atleast In the alternative return unlocking app with finger print option

But who developed this app can't a whole bank develop something better this app is just as buggy as i can't explain . it actually seems to be its a money laundering platform for the main bank. Very useless you can't check your account details

I have lost money on this app,i was trying to send money from cente mobile to airtel money, at first it failed and i tried again then the last one succeeded.then they deducted the first transaction from my account which failed.

I wonder the way, how you make update without informing customers. That's poor app have ever seen. I was using app 2020 after they change me to *211# , now turning back to app without notice. What annoying me I write to them on every channel but they keep making reputation of the same answer.

very many bags, every time you change a phone it requires you to contact the bank for a login. also hard time using the app outside uganda.

I wouldn't give any star coz it failed to work just wasting time and data hence money

App is great. I have always loved it. But a few days ago after upgrading to android 12. I lost it's complete functionality. It does not open. I thought it was an issue with permissions and I allowed it but still. What is the problem

The developer assumes that the number you register with the account is the one you use for data. This is wrong, the way the receipts are issue are also disorganized, there's nothing like a detail, they don't show who the recipient is, as a bank there is a lot this App needs to correct. You can't send money to any MTN number if the account is registered with MTN. Worst of all Centenary bank doesn't review people's comments on this platform to learn lessons and to give people feedback

This feature of sending a code to my cellphone is good. But needing a Simcard I use to be in the phone is extra good. But i think it should be adjusted. I use WIFI in my phone and i cannot therefore use the App. You should put a provision of inserting a PIN from phone. That would be great.

Very annoying application. You must go to The bank to set it up again the moment you change phone 📱 or upgrade your OS. I have so far no problem with CenteAgent app. Maybe coz they are developed by different Developers but same client.

Why is there a mini-statement and not actual statement? Date that appears on each transaction is always date of checking 👎🏿 Can't even figure what each transaction is all about.. No need having it there if it doesn't show up everything.. Just wondering if I get charged each time I check on this app.. Still following up 😔

Wanted to open a second account using this app but it refused ... What could be the problem??

These guys are using this app to cheat their customers. Seriously if you're saying this app is there to make our transactions easier, why would you deduct money from my account for every balance inquiry I make. Just checking my balance... immediately money is chopped off. Why don't you tell us to remove this app out of our phones and stick to looking for ATMs/branches where we can check our balance directly. Apparently I don't see the difference with the two. Or maybe switch banks.
