Love the app and the system! But, the last update has increased connectivity issues. Living in a rural area has inherent connectivity issues. The last update accentuated those issues. I have to exit the app and unplug the nano multiple times before, finally, being able to check my BS. I have Samsung galaxy note 9.
Meter suddenly becomes inaccurate and when they send control solution it does not include what the control reading should be!!! Takes FOREVER for the meter to connect so sometimes its 5 minutes before I can check blood sugar. Also uses more than just one drop of blood, which is annoying. I do not recommend. I used this for over a year before finally deciding I was done.
Annoying. It's constantly glitching like every other day now. I used to love this app and it used to work great but lately it keeps giving me errors or says I need to restart right after i submit my sample. Can't tell you how frustrating it is to have to poke myself 3 times just to get a reading, like who wants to stab themselves more then once just for one tiny sample?! I'm lucky i only have to check my sugar once every morning because i would have thrown that little reader at the wall by now!!
I love this app but it hasn't been working for 2 weeks. It's just constantly frozen and I've been emailing them but all I get is thank you for your patience we're working on it, EVERY time, and it's honestly just irritating. This app has helped me so much and got my bloodsugars a little better, I just want the app to work again, this is the best app I've found to manage my diabetes. Please get it working again 😕
CAUTION... I bought and am having issues.. I've tried reaching out to them several times now and I can't get anyone to reply to me at all.. I want to maybe cancel since I can't get help but the only way to make sure it does get canceled (since you can't actually talk to someone or get confirmation) is to get your credit card you used and cancel/replace it.. I'm not happy with the customer service at all.. All I want is to upgrade my subscription. Maybe I'll go with Dario instead? ..
A little disappointed Google Pixel is not supported. App takes multiple attempts to connect. Sometimes it fails durong the testing phass and you have to start all over. Maybe my Nano is defective and I should try a new one? However, tried going back to my Note 5 only to have the app not load. 🤷
Love the app, however. I have had to uninstall it 3 times in the po ast several months. I keeps locking up and tonight before I uninstalled the app it worked for 30 minutes without o po ening up. I have changed the battery 2 ti mb es I have an Android and it is a po ain to use this app. When it works it is great
I love my Nano and Center Health app. It's so easy to use, and I love that it is all tracked right in my phone. And not just my numbers, but other important information too. It's been a great change and helps me manage my blood sugars so much better.
Just got the meter today. It will not connect. Just sits buffering. I reinstalled the app, turned off bluetooth and even put a new battery in the meter. Won't work,!
yeah this looks like a great idea, but it's late with the times. newer phones dont have headphone jacks, so you've lost plenty of potential customers for that reason.
Just got it today was so excited to use this since I can never remember to test. Was so hoping this would help me to remember since phone is always with me. It's been over an hour now n it still says connecting the nano. Deleted app n reinstalled n still saying connecting nano. Please somehow fix this before you charge me next month. I really want to use this. Will change rating once I can actually use it.
Super frustrating since it doesn't seem to work on my galaxy s9. Works fine on an old apple phone which leads me to carry around 2 devices.
HUGE FREAKING SCAM. DO NOT GET. I received a defective devices along with many others in the reviews. I emailed them wanting to cancel the subscription. They replied once with suggestions on how to fix (none worked) again emailed them with cancelling. MULTIPLE EMAILS. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. I have to call my bank and have them remove it. Fix your device and customer service. This is awful. How are you going to prey on diabetics like that?
App was working great... Then it started freezing a lot. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but now I can't even log in. I have already emailed support but haven't heard back yet.
Having a real hard time connecting. Even though I uninstalled, reinstalled, forced stopped and took the battery out. Still not connecting. Just got a new one and still the same problem.
In a recent-ish update: Blood glucose readings no longer automatically update to the log. This was an extremely helpful tool, especially while doing basal testing, or for exact information when communicating with the endocrinologist. It was also helpful to see exact numbers, rather than just the trends, in making treatment adjustments. please bring back the feature, or add an additional icon where this information is stored.
