Centier Bank Mobile

Very Useful and uncluttered; makes it easier to do what you need to do and move on. Also features fingerprint sensor log in, which adds security. One thing I would like to have added is a user-chosen notification sound so a unique sound can be used to differentiate between this important app and others that can be ignored.

Check deposit feature is obnoxious. Why can't we take the picture of the check manually? As soon as the check becomes even remotely focused and within the parameters the app will (loudly, even with media volume muted) take the picture for you. The app then asks if everything is in focus as if you even had the ability to try and put it into focus before the app forces a picture to be taken. Just plain obnoxious.

Usually, I really like this app, but the update sort of put me off. It kept saying that my credentials were wrong (they weren't), and it eventually locked me out. So I had to create a new password and everything before I could turn back on the biometric login. It shouldn't have been doing that because when I logged in on the actual website, my credentials were correct. So I'm a little dissatisfied that this happened at all.

BEWARE! If you depend on the notifications letting you know when you have a low balance, you'll be screwed! I had daily notifications of my balance until my balance went below my stated amount. Then the app went silent, while the bank charged me $37 PER DAY. Happened twice. If I hadn't logged in to check, I would've been charged a lot more. 10 days=$370. This is completely unacceptable. Dirty business

I love the app! If I had to pick on it, you can't see bills in Bill pay that have been set up but not out of the account yet. So there's a period when the bills go from pending to posted, when they're in limbo. They don't show in either category but they are coming out, so I'll spend money thinking the balance is accurate.

Works great when it wants to. More times than not I cannot transfer money between accounts. When I try the transfer button does not work. No error message pops up, the button just doesn't work. Great app otherwise just wish this transfer issue would be resolved

It takes too long to get it to accept my photo of check for deposit. I'm constantly retaking photo and waiting to see if it was accepted. Also, there is a limit to the amount that can be deposited. My friend with 5th/3rd account has unlimited amount and that app doesn't seem as picky about picture.

I have enjoyed the convienence of the Centier Bank app. It is easy to use and so very easy to set up and understand. You can transfer money quick right from the palm of your hand. Also, deposit checks with a quick picture. If you loose your bank card you can automatically shut it off. These are just a few of the features from this 1,2,3 easy to learn application. Do not delay, download this app today!

This app does everything I personally need it to do. I suppose the charges that are displayed from my payments could be easier to read, but it isnt unreadable in and of itself. I use the account mostly to check on my amounts and to deposit checks and it works brilliantly for that. No ads either

I mean this genuinely. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an app. Can't deposit checks without getting signed out over and over and occasionally you'll get the false hope. One side captures the other side kicks you right back out. Please. Fix it.

I have tons of trouble when it comes to the transfer button.... Especially going from savings to checking ..... Sometimes it works sometimes it dont. It was very embarrassing to be buying groceries and I needed to transfer $30 and couldnt. Had to put some groceries back

Really Great App. Helps When I'm unable to make trips to the bank to deposit my checks. Also keeps me updated on my balance and transaction history. There are really a lot of great things about the app. My experience have been awesome. Thanks Centier.

I am seriously tired of trying to deposit a mobile check and the app closing on me after taking 1 successful photo of said check. Fix the God damn app or hire someone who can, this is an issue that is inconsistent IF you're lucky, most of the time I'm not and I can't do anything to fix it.

I like the new update that separates the pending from the posted, but it still is a bit difficult to go through the posted since it isn't by date. I loved the app when it was all separated by date, now its a little confusing.

Deposits are a nightmare! Nothing works and the camera sound is so loud! Very frustrating! It says you have to add "for mobile deposit" to the front and back. I gave up and deposited to a different bank! This is way too irritating to deal with for a simple deposit. :(

This app used to update my account the moment I took money out, paid bills, or put money in. Now, it practically takes a week for anything to process leaving me wondering what bills still need to be paid and what spensing ability I even have since my checks don't even show up until days later. probably just going to leave, terrible service at this point and I doubt im the only one getting the run around too by tech "support"

online banking set up is awful and has caused multiple overdrafts nsf fees due to how it is laid out.... the pay from account is so small you need a magnifying glass and i overlook it everytime. :-( System defaults all payments out of my smaller account instead of the one that all of my paychecks go into.... so if you have 1000 sitting in there, they cant figure out how to get 800 paid if you dont pull out your magnifying glass everytime and change the account name. bad set up. very frustrating.

Too often of times i have to uninstall & reinstall this App in order for it to unfreeze & RErecognize my fingerprint. Not sure Y the finger print option has displayed it doesnt recognize me after using it many times before, & now its saying my login info is incorrect. What a hassel!!!!

Would be 5 star except out of nowhere I can no longer see my purchases. Basically, I can only see how much money I have left. Very disappointed by this. I try to stay paperless but now I have to get statements. Pls change back. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but no change.

If I have funds available in another account. I don't see why I get an overdraft fee instead of a notification telling me I have X amount time to transfer money before I incur an overdraft fee. / I haven't been able to log into this app for about 3 months.

App is easy to use and navigate. Super easy to look at account activity as well. Mobile deposits are always quick and easy to do.

it's ok. for a mobile app, I prefer a pin of 4 characters rather than inputting.a whole password. Mobile, you know on the move, not desktop, sitting there with time to input password.

On my old phone this app didn't work but when I upgraded I feel in love! check deposits and moving money has never been easier. Bill pay is also very easy and user friendly.
