Central Bank

I have been using this app for 8 years now and I have loved every second of it. I especially love the drop down quick balance access from the login screen where you don't even have to login and you can see your balance and the last 5 transactions. That's awesome and saves me an incredible amount of time. Try it yourself. You won't be disappointed!!

Loving this app, only problem is that when my wife and I got our credit cards they wouldn't show up on the app like they're supposed to... all we had to do was reinstall it and log back in, easy fix.

I've previously used this bank for years and after moving back to the Branson area, it is my first choice in banking. By far the easiest and most user friendly system and app. It allows me to be self sufficient, for the most part, with my immediate banking needs.

Really easy to use, you can control pretty much everything you need to on this mobile banking app. 10/10 would recommend. I do wish this app had the options to include notes for each account, but my last banking app didn't have that option either so I'm not taking off any stars. Overall very satisfied with Central Bank.

I mean it works 95% of the time (completely fine, nothing is perfect) and I really don't have much trouble with it. I love the mobile check deposit, it's very simple and convenient.

Normally I hate banking apps. This APP like the Bank it self is above par. Family banked at a different bank for 4 generations, not sure why ???? After dealing with Central Bank we shut everything down and moved all our accounts to Central Bank. The sad part of moving that many accounts and that level of finances the old bank never noticed, never asked the reason why.

Well, back to 1* I get my card locked ALL THE TIME! How embarrassing right? It's not your money anymore if you put it in this bank. I swear this is the worst bank possible. I'm switching asap. All these people with good reviews obviously don't have complicated, fast moving finances.

They have been beyond amazing in helping with EVERYTHING I have needed and have gone out of their way to check up on me with certain transactions to protect my account... I recommend them over ANYONE!!!

I've been banking with Central Bank for over 10 years now for these five reasons: Great customer service, exceptionally courteous, always helpful and can answer ANY questions I have about my accounts. Lastly, they have a stellar fraud protection system that lets me know via text and call of any suspicious purchases that are attempted while giving me the option to decline them. Absolute Best Bank I've ever done business with hands down!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They have worked with me on alot of things and Brooklyn (manager that helped me open my account) was very friendly and made sure I understood everything very well. I also love the app. It's easy to use and easy to navigate. The only thing I don't like is having to use my "secret word" every time I log in. I would prefer to only have to use it on the instance that I forgot my password or username.

Love the App! I can take care of what I need to, quickly. All of Central bank's employees, that we have come to know, are always helpful and understanding no matter what we need. All the different apps to make deposits securely. Love the transfer money app so fast and convenient! Anything you need!

Well written app for a bank ran well. Shows all accounts I have selected, has spending predictions and auto pay. Can't think of any negatives.

Really smooth, ready to use. Quick to transfer between accounts and even external accounts.

This app works perfectly. Depositing checks is fast and easy. Edit: 3 tablets later and it still works great.

Central Bank needs to give lessons on how an app should work. I can't tell you a single thing wrong with this app. I've been using it for several years and never had it glitch or freeze or give me any problems. Navigation is intuitive, and it has everything I would expect from a bank but on my phone.

I enjoy the security. The prompts about when I use my card. It's a bit tedious everything I use it but I understand.

I love the convenience of being able to deposit checks and Zelle family members funds in emergencies. Fantastic app!!!
