Sometimes tells you you put the wrong password when it's actually the right one. I'll put my password in and it'll say wrong credentials and double check it and it'll still say the same thing. Then I'll close the app and put the same thing again and then it lets me log in?? Like why does it work sometimes and not all the time. This issue got my credentials blocked and I had to call the bank to unblock my account on several occasions. Extremely annoying especially on days the bank is closed

I had trouble with making a deposit at first. The app would not accept my photos. But they have updated the app and it works great for me now. I have been using it for the last year and a half. It really helps us when we are out of town traveling.

Was not working on an older phone, but after upgrading my phone, it works great. This is a very useful app, but there is still some functionality missing that you have to visit the website to accomplish.

Mobile Deposit is easy and quick! It's really come in handy with all the checks my parents have given me for getting their groceries during this quarantine. And not to mention the fact I don't have to go to the bank at all!

I can't access my account. It won't allow me to even attempt to sign in. It just says error and I've opened and closed the app numerous times, and restarted my phone.

This is by far the best way to bank; I can do almost anything I need to without ever walking through the doors. Thank you for the convenient and easy banking tool!!

Good app for deposits, but a little slow on accurate balance in additional accounts and transfers.

Always excellent service when I go through drive thru, or go in bank. App is very easy to use!

I know my login info, but changes to app won't let me in? There is no update available like the website claims. I need to know how much I have in my account. Getting frustrated!!

Almost every time I use the app there is no login in screen, just a white screen with the sub pages and no way to log in

Easy to use but the fingerprint doesn't always work so that's kind of frustrating but maybe it's just me..

Always thought it intimidated me, but since Kris showed me how to use it I love it! And I no longer feel stupid!😉 Use it everyday!!!
