Central Bank Mobile Banking

I really like the fact that I can control my finances any time I feel the need, and always know where I am at financially, and the app is easy to use.

I have really enjoyed your past app. I like the way it popped up the mobile deposit very easily. I had to call Mary at the Springville branch to say where is the mobile deposit. She helped me find it and then I tried to take a picture and there are no lines showing how far the camera needs to be away from the check I oh I tried and tried and then I had my son to try and it was not very Pleasant. There also was no notice telling me that there was something new. I don't like it. Thank you

This app is less than mediocre. It shows you your balance.....sometimes. The bank's entire system is terrible, honestly. Around 9pm, you can almost guarantee your balance being incorrect. Same with around 7am. I mean incorrect by hundreds of dollars in either positive or negative direction. Its a toss up at best whether what you're seeing is accurate. Only reason I didn't give this one star is because they at least have mobile deposit. Usually.

User friendly and very simple.

Easy to use app! Login is simple with fingerprint ID, making transfers, checking balances, etc, such an easy and friendly app to use!

i can't believe they're going to ask me to rate their app after not being able to use it all day yesterday. this happens too often. i think it's great when it's working! case in point... i tried to finish the survey and it stalled! wonder if it will post my review??

Great app, easy to use for daily money management (keeping tabs on finances). Easy to use, pretty self explanatory.

This app has been great I check it all the time for my balances and when I have need to transfer money it is so easy and convenient to do! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because there is always room to improve on anything!!!

I feel like the app is fairly easy but there are times that the available amount is different than what is on a computer.

Very easy to navigate and always on point with debits, deposits and balances.

App is fine but it is annoying to have to endorse checks with Mobile Deposit. That serves not security or logical purpose.

With my previous phone I could not get this app to work. So happy to see that it's functional on this phone.

I love this app, especially the secure sign-in that requires my fingerprint. Every transaction has worked perfectly.

Check deposit photos extremely fussy. I generally have to retake the back side a number of times before the app accepts it.

the mobile deposit hasn't worked for months. and they ignorantly told me it was my phones problem. works now though.

I love the app, but I wish I could add my central bank credit card to the money management tab.

I love the bank and it's employees, but I wish it was more up to date. I get notices days after a deposit or withdrawal. Other than that it's good.

Works pretty consistently, doesn't save password for good security, overall 5 stars.
