Something recently changed with the fingerprint login. It keeps disabling it telling me my phone settings have changed. No.. not true. I want to be able to log in using my fingerprint. Quit disabling it!
I wish the camera were easier. I have to stand up to take a picture or hold the camera way up. I also have mobile banking with Security National Bank and their camera portion is perfect. Just a little thing I noticed. I am still very pleased with the mobile app at central bank.
You can't set up the app without having it on your desktop first. That being said, I only have a loan and even if I have the app, all I can do with the app is see the balance. I wouldn't even be able to make additional payments. It makes this app really pointless to me.
I live out of state. This app is the lifeline between the electronic world, my bank, and my ability to use money between. Access your account, deposit checks (after you request to do so). It does the job an app should.
Great when it is working, but won't let me login alot lately.

This app is great when it works, but it doesn't work very often, especially lately. They did improve the mobile deposit portion and it is much better, but it is frustrating that I can't get in to my account so much.
Crashes or cant open all the time .... 6pm and right after midnight through 8 am are normally times its down. No zelle. Poor app. About 30 percent of the time i want to see whats posted i cant.. Much of this could be the way central processes but still id like to have access to my bank when i want it not just when im lucky enough for it to be working
Two Step verification is dumb. Why fix something that isn't broken. Really sick of all these extra steps and information is still stolen. Will be looking for a new bank. I left US Bank for this same reason.

Annoying, never lets me log in with either my password or finger print. I'm tired of never knowing what I have because this stupid app never wants to work smh. It's been like this for over a year now as well and they've done nothing about it
I love this app is really great. Everything is always up-to-date and in real time. It's also very good with security which kind of makes it hard to sign in sometimes 😅 other than that is an excellent app
So much for getting access to my account after the update to the app. Got to start all that sign up mess again. NOT very smooth.
This is an awesome app that works flawlessly - one characteristic that is essential for a banking app! Too bad we can't vote through an app like this! :-)
I really appreciate Central Bank. I have always had amazing service and the app makes mobile banking super smooth.
Junk - My wife and I both have new phones. Won't work on either. No support.
This app only says transactions are ACH's. Doesn't say who they are from. Hard to figure out where the transactions were made.
This worked great on my Galaxy S10 but will not work ony new Galaxy S22. Is there sometime to fix this?
Great app to do everything on from internal transfers to mobile deposit. The app has definitely helped me to manage my account better.
It constantly kicks me out. It is slow. Fingerprint deletes itself.
App keeps closing after download and will not work.
Sometimes when I try to view my balance it says " unavailable please call " then it gives an 800 number. That is an inconvenience
Easy to use and extremely handy. I like all the improvements recently. Great app.
Needs way to stop payment, and receive text messages for card purchases for accounts and Freeze card if misplaced.

App only works sometimes... this is day 2 that it hasnt been working..
