Can't reset password. App says its made for an older version of android so may not work. I have to agree.
Constantly crashing after using once.
not good at all doesn't recognise me to let me register
Update April 2020: Beenusing app for ages, but for some reason app keeps closing. I enter username and password then it just closes and I fast a message saying app keeps closing. I have emailed an error report. Really needed this app as needed to report a repair and can't speak on phone due to loss of voice. I also used this to see repair reports and rent records. Please fix.
Total waste of time Cannot even get past the registration process.and CBC don't even reply to e-mail requests??????
The app does not seem to recognise your birth date unless it is in digits yet the app calendar only submits it as a mixture of letters and numbers. Going by the online service it would be a useful app, if let's you in
could be helpful. I cannot access my rent statements or transactions, as it sends security codes to an old phone number, which it in turn will not let me update, in the contact details section. leaving it completely useless. I have also never heard back from any complaints sent through the app, so unsure they even get sent. however it is agood idea and would be incredibly helpful if you were actually able to use it.. perhaps others will have better luck
