A five-story hospital with 8 different medical units, a reception, waiting room, ambulance entrance and restaurant that you can visit and manage as you wish. Create stories about medical checkups, diagnoses with X-rays and other advanced machines and cure different illnesses.
The hospital includes a family doctor consultation, a veterinarian, a maternity ward where pregnant women will be able to give birth, an intensive care nursing unit for children and another one for adults, a cutting-edge laboratory, a modern operating room and an staff room where the staff will rest and prepare for the next shift.

I should have listened to the reviews this game is so ANNOYING and BORING because not all the rooms are unlocked please unlock all the rooms it is boring and annoying that when your playing and you try to place one of the patients inside a room and it's locked. You should give this idea a try because a lot of people will not play this game if they have to work around the rooms because they're locked. There should be no reason why there unlocked other than that you want money.
I gave it one star because it was fun because a lot of the rooms were locked and there were only like five things you could do so I don't think that would be a fun thing for little kids because people have to pay $3 and something I don't think little kids would have fun on this because they would just get keep on getting this a little lock and tap on it $3 and something think you should really try to change that maybe unlock the vets area and the hospital area 🎶✨♥😉😌😏🎶✨
I raised a four stars it's just a good game but I wish the other rooms was open so like we can do it like play on it my daughter is very getting annoyed she wants to play in the other rooms but she can't so please make this app better whoever made this game do not make that pay again
I love urban city It is a very good thing for children and children would love it In my opinion of urban city as well as a great experience

I give this game a 1 star because I was really excited for the baby part just to find out you have to pay for it. And the dog part I was excited but again you have to pay for it. They should at least let you watch a video to use the level for like 10 minutes. But no they make you but almost ALL the level's. And it's not even just this game is all of the games from this company. It's pathetic!

This is a very adorable game, i love the graphics, but i was utterly shocked to find out that most of the rooms are locked and i have to pay real money to unlock them. I do not like to pay money for games and i was expecting a few more unlocked rooms. Maybe give us a choice of downloading the room instead of making us pay. Thanks!
This game is pretty fun! But i gave it 3 stars only because all of the rooms are locked and this game is very good quality but like i said all rooms are locked and you cant do anything some people dont have enough money to buy it i would keep playing it fine some of the room where unlocked thank you for your time!

I don't understand why people play your games, all of them only free a few rooms. By that I meant 1 main room and two interaction rooms, this is a children game to be exact. Why must they pay to play? If they grew up and found this app, they delete it. Then, what a waste of money.

I mean it's a great game but I just wish that they would let us have more stuff for free I mean they can at least make all of the rooms free but we don't need that many characters so they make it to where we have to pay for some of the characters. It's just something I would do for this game & other games like this 1 if I was creating them!
I don't like the fact that the most interesting rooms are the ones you have to buy. You also don't have a lot of characters. I would recommend Toca Boca instead. The graphics were good to be honest. To put it in a simple way......IT WAS A WAIST OF MY TIME
It is all AMAZING! Except that they only give you like the bottom floor and 1 room! And that they only give you like 7 characters not even! And if you pay they give you 13 rooms (Wich is all of them) and 30 Characters (Wich is all of them) But you have to pay to get a lot of things but if it unlocked more characters and rooms for free I'd give it 5 stars.

All the rooms are locked except one 😭😔
This game is a half-done dysfunctional and clunky moneygrab. Right now there is only a single disease in the game: Nausea in 3 colors (all healed in the same device). Once you "heal" someone the person drops an orb which you can "feed" right back to inflict nausea again. The ER never gets new patients either no matter how often you send the vehicke out. Persons dont interact with objects either. Sure, you cqn put a tablet into someone's hand, but they will just hold it like an object. Stay away
I love the game but it gets boring after a while because the rooms are locked and I really want the vet area and the baby area because on the ad theres a cool way of helping the women give birth and it doesnt show it coming out wich is good please unlock the rooms
