After having the app for many months, pay wall. Not worth it, uninstalled.
CM wants me to pay for use but I have to by the Morning Sentinel because they won't deliver. I guess if I want the service I must pay twice daily.
Great local and Maine state news.

Where the hell are the classified ads?
This is an edited review after the latest update quickly addressed my few issues. It gives you the same access as the kj website, but with a much better layout and no intrusive ads. It's smooth and intuitive, and is a perfect pair with the Reddit app Baconreader to easily keep myself informed on current events both locally and on a larger scale. Exactly what I wanted.
The original kj app was free and could read all articles free. You disgust me.

You need a subscription to read articles, and there is no place to subscribe within the app. You can just as easily read the articles online.
I hate the update. It went from an easy way to enjoy news on many topics to a cluttered mess of photos and very few articles. Why do I pay for this? Ugh. Update: 4/6/22 The app is much better now!
