Always very friendly staff and love the app !

The app is alright, but there is no ability to link accounts to budgeting services like Mint. In the 21st century staying up to date is the most important thing a business can do for its customers, and so far CMCCU isn't really keeping up. Great service, good rates and options as far as accounts go, but zero ability to budget in app or connect to a third party solution make me want to change my accounts to a more advanced bank.
The only problem I have is when they block me out of my account an I don't have acess to my account.
Love this app! I've been using it for about six months now. It is so nice be able to bank on the go. And so far I have had no trouble with except when even online banking was down. I hope some day they'll add being able to take pictures of checks and deposit them through the app.
I love being able to check my balance anytime I need to. The app is easy to access and use, they also privide you with your credit score, so you dont have to have a separate app.
Seems very crude, asking same questions multiple times. In the middle of making a deposit, the app suddenly goes back to the beginning, making me start over with all information and photos of check again. I am convinced that I should not use mobile check deposit any more. Deposits fail, with no reason posted. How can I do it differently if no reason is stated. I am told the rules keep changing, but the rules are not given on mobile app. I am asked question about NFC, I have no idea what NFC is.
I wish it showed my cc transactions like the checking accounts.
To me, the app is not great. It freezes A LOT and at the most inopportune time. It seems like it's an ancient version, as in the first apps that ever came out.
Doesn't allow card activation through the app like other banks do. Can't do money transfer to other banks. These features are missing and would be really nice to have.
Very easy to use. But has it's problems at night usually when doing their maintenance. Not always updated on balance.
Updated the app so it wouldn't work on my old phone. (Galaxy S8). Now it won't work on my new phone either.
It keeps kicking me out and it will only let me use it on wifi. That is when it wants to work right. It's a really good app when it wants to work and very helpful. But I'm getting really tired of it not working.
Need to have a running balance after each transaction, including "pending" items not just at the top. Allow screen shots.
Super easy to use. Updates frequently. Convenient for making loan payments, credit card payments, transfers, etc.
The app always has glitches and wont even let me log in some days. When it is running, it's good and speedy but it's time for an update.
Most of the time this app runs fine, there are rare occasions when it has hiccups. I know I can't use it around midnight because of CU maintenance.
This app was created by someone with base level programming knowledge. Not user friendly and a pain just to check your balance. And you can't even check which transactions are which.
The app is always having a error and won't open and tries to run in the background I have to go and do a force stop when i can get it to open I am able to make easy selections
Have not used in years. Now have much better internet... amazing, fast and easy. BUT... you MUST have excellent internet otherwise to many problems. Safety!!
The servers are a bit spot dropping and not letting you log in. The interface is pretty good though.
Won't even open the app. Like man, I need to do some quick transfers in public and if the app isn't working then I'm just like this is public >>>😐 fix this problem
Most of the time it doesn't work so i have to use the website. If you get your password wrong it wont send you an email so you have to sit on a 20 minute call just to change your password.
Prompt updates, convenient features and easy to read transaction history. 👌
Good , has glitches sometimes where it says my login info is wrong but they fixed it for me in a matter of minutes.
The app is really good, just sometimes it wouldn't let me login and I had to go to the ATM to make a transfer if needed.
Very self explanatory and secure. So far so good. It helps that I don't keep very much loot in it as well😬
Really preferred the previous setup. All the improvements have not been helpful to me. The old way gave me a running balance on the checking account which made it easier to know if some pendings were included. The old way was also easier for bill pay. I was able to see recent histories without switching back and forth.
