Barely works. Often when we get on, the main screen pops up and nothing else will load, if anything loads in the first place. We've been customers for years now and there is just very little improvements or features with this app/ bank. Customer service is very helpful during their short time of operation, but it's just getting more and more frustrating.

don't like the app..Not too user friendly, confusing about choices, moving money or payments.

Initially (many years ago), the CSCU app was cumbersome and ungainly to use. BUT the app has been streamlined and fine tuned over the years and is now very easy to use. Everything is easy to find and navigate through. About as straightforward as you can imagine.

New app is Waaayyyy better than the old one. Easy to use, mobile check deposit is great. One issue I have however that you are limited to 6 transfers a month. With people trying to social distance and stay away from others, there should be no limit. Now if the ATMs were like this app where you can access all accounts at the same time that would be the great.

This app royally sucks. Im getting fed up with it. I deposit checks on mobile app used to clear same day or next day. Now takes few days or more. Half the time i cant even check my balance its been saying error your banking credentials have been blocked and etc. Also have the time it says my passcode is incorrect and when I try to log on so many times it blocks my account. When I know I entered my passcode right. I hate this app and this bank!!

The app was okay. But after the latest update, the sign in page doesn't even load on my device. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and I was able to sign in once. After the one time, the sign in screen didn't load again. Please please please make your website ALSO mobile friendly.

App doesn't work right. Is often unavailable, doesn't show me messages when I get email alerts about messages in my secure inbox. App also tells me "user not found" after I'm already logged into my account when I click on the tab to set up bill pay.

I constantly have to uninstall this app just to get it to open. The login screen is constantly blank not allowing me to open the app, so irritating.. Otherwise whenever the app is working... Its a great little app. Very User friendly.

Great app update. You can deposit checks. Transfering money is faster. bigger boulder letters makes it easier to read. Fingerprint access. Love it great job

After finally getting through on the phones a second time. I have yet been able to get access to the app. I've used my password and the provided link. Not happy at all.

WTHeck is wrong with this app???? It sucks worse than my 1900 Kirby, sheazzz. Well I've been banking with this bank for the last 8 years and I was lazy about using the website after battling with WF. READ THE REVIEWS I can't stress this one simple step BEFORE installing ANY app I wasted a few hours trying to inroll to online mobile banking and I knew it wasn't me but I kept re entertaining my info over and over, it SUCKS

Pretty happy with it so far. I live out of state, so this has been really smooth in using it. Definite upgrade from the last app.

Does not let me sign on. I downloaded the latest app. And nothing.need to refinance my car with someone else. The bank is garbage

Has all the bells and whistles. Able to perform transactions unavailable before.

The app works great and once I learned how to use it... super fast and easy. I use it all the time now

App will not open. Phone says problem site with frequent issues

You have to log in everytime you want to look into different account. Old ap was way easier!
