Security:
CW Mobile Banking uses the same SSL encrypted communications and login security features of Online Banking; it has all of the same security protections you are accustomed to when using Online Banking system from a PC.
Requirements:
- Android version 4 or higher. Although you may be able to install this app on older devices running Android version 2 or 3 it is not recommended and is not supported. Please see our Text Banking service for phones running Android version 2 or 3.
- Accounts access: You must be enrolled in Online Banking before you can use Mobile Banking. If you do not have an Online Banking login, visit www.centralwcu.org using a web browser to and click Enroll to get started.

Since last update it is next to impossible to log into my account, if at all. I have removed and re installed the app and still not working. Either you need to fix the app or the servers it goes through. I was able to log into my account at 3:30 am and now 3.5 hours later I cannot get in. If I need to transfer money from one account to another in a hurry I am not able to, and if this causes me to have an overdraft in my account then CWCC is paying for it. I am coming close to switching banks.
Lately the app or server hasn't been working. Having to make 5-9 attempts, or even uninstall and reinstall, just to check my bank or switch money over in a hurry. This used to be a good app, what happened? This is so frustrating.
Takes forever to log in if it even let's me log in. Have to Uninstall and re-install pretty much everytime I wanna check my account. This time is not downloading on my phone. Is really frustrating when all my money is in there but whatever, not being able to access my account helps me save money atleast😂going to be switching banks soon though
Frustrating! I'm never able to log in now. It's constantly loading and then never moves to the next step. I rely on this app heavily and it's now useless. Please fix it!!
Can we get an idea of when this will be fixed for Android phones please? I called cental willamette credit union 2 months ago when this app stopped working regularly and was told they were working on it and that it was only newer android devices since their last update. I have to uninstall the stupid thing and reinstall every time I use it. Its So frustrating because I used to online bank quite a bit. 4 months later without a new update and read the comments a majority have the same 🤬 issue
Decent app now useless, there is some sort of problem connecting to the server on the apps end, and cannot reliably sign in. Considering changing banks due to this.
Not only doesn't the app work, in spite of several requests to contact me, I've never heard from anyone. I love the customer service in every other way, but am frustrated this hasn't been fixed.
I have to redownload the app every time I use it just so I can see my own bank account and pay my own bills which means getting a phone call typing in my password typing in the code it doesn't work whatsoever only the 1st time after that doesn't work at all... !!
This app has finally been fixed! Before, users couldn't log into their account, but now this app works. Many people (including me) gave this app a low score because of this. I updated and changed my score.
When it works it's great. But all it's been doing for months is "loading". Disappointed I'm not always near a computer yo check stuff.
Can't log in and haven't been able to for awhile, I get a loading message for 3+ minutes then it goes to the last screen for me to try again. Tried reinstalling with no change
Wife and I are absolutely unable to log in to the app since a couple of weeks ago. Will be changing banks if we can't access our account remotely, since the website says we need to be logged in to app. Fix now.
Don't open an account here if you rely on mobile banking. App worked okay until a few weeks ago when my phone did an android updated (Oreo 8.1.0) and they still haven't sent out a fix.
For the last several months the app hasn't been loading. It use to be super great but idk what happened just really annoying!
I've been using this app for years on my android without a problem now that I have a Samsung S10 This app doesn't wanna work right. I've installed it and uninstalled it 2 times and restarted my phone but nothing works. Please fix it soon
Good app but needs more to be perfect 5 stars. Like I wanna be able to see my car loan on the app and pay ahead of time if I want to. Copy OSU credit union app and I will be happy.
Same experience as others recently...unable to log in, and uninstalling/reinstalling does nothing to help the problem.
About as covinient as having to go to the bank as far as depositing checks goes, the system only works correctly about half the time i try to use it, and even then it will take forever sometimes to process the check
Doesn't work on s20. It will work once but then you have to Uninstall then reinstall to get it to work one more time. Or repete same steps over and over again.
Fix the freaking app! It's been months, clearly it's a problem. If it can't be fixed I'll transfer my account to a different bank.
The app worked great until it didn't.... I need Mobile banking and it's been close to 2 weeks of hot working. This is nuts... I am not a happy camper
I can no longer access this app and ive been using it for years. But ever since the recent update it hasnt work. I own a samsung galaxy j7 prime
Used to work now on my android phone now it always forgets my password makes me reset it and crashes. I am thanking about switching bank because it makes it just about impossible to bank.
This app works so smoothly. I love that I could use my thumb to log in. And bullet pay to send money electronically to my friends - awesome!
App worked fine before the update. Now rarely opens. Not happy. And my phone is all up to date.

I'm on the road a lot travelling over 2000 miles a week. I have no time to come to the credit union at all. This app is a huge help
Can't log in after the update. Just loads forever then says they're having difficulty signing in.
When it works its great! But 95% of the time I can't get it to open. Very frustrating.
This application is complete garbage. It's very frustrating. 20 minutes and it still won't connect to the server. It's been over a year, 2 different phones, 2 different cell server providers, 3 states and several wifi connections, AND I STILL CANT CONNECT ON THE FIRST TRY. Fix the freaking app. How many 1 star rates do you need to prove it's not the user, it's the developer??? You might need to give them the boot too!
