It does nothing. It won't tell you how many hours you have in a week. It won't connect you with your coworkers and available shifts to pick up. It often "loses" shifts, yet on the website, the shifts are listed. It's the worst excuse for an app. I have the CR page bookmarked...it's so overwhelming and overly complicated. Very disappointing.
Constantly crashes, not able to change the notifications on it, and it continually locks me out. I will be mid session with a client and I get locked out. This is the 3rd time where I've been locked out and it can't recognize my login information. I wrote it down to make sure, and it doesn't recognize.
After the most recent update 12/26/18 I only receive the message that the app keeps closing. Ironically the update was to fix bugs on Android devices and that's what I have. It was a very useful app for data collection, up until the most recent update at least.
This app is a mess! It never update properly. I have uninstalled / reinstalled it several times. Now it doesn't open. 4/20/20 App still doesn't work properly. It hasn't updated with the Central reach calendar. I have uninstalled the app several times still doesn't work. Add a new app online with the 5.0 because the old one isn't working.
This app will not load on my phone. It stays on the loading screen and does not time out. My phone is up to date and I've uninstalled and re-installed the app and nothing works. This app is very glitchy and doesn't work consistently. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
I have been using this app for the last six weeks, and data collection has never been easier or more discreet. The only glitch that I have seen is that sometimes new or edited sessions don't import from the website to the app, and then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Use it every day. Misses scheduled appointments. Kicks me out. Regular errors. And much much more. Ill enter a new learning tree...and it will not save it. Not the worst data app out there but not good either. Better than a sharp stick in the eye. Most of the time.
Always crashing, updating, being changed without much notice. Not very user friendly for those in the ABA field which can detrimentally affect quality of data recorded which is countering the expected benefit of downloading the app at all.
Can't speak for the app, but if it's anything like the service on the computer, you need to fix it. The past few weeks your platform has crashed, not started up, and just been flat out horrible. If my company didn't use you guys, I'd go with Catalyst or old school paper and pencil before I pick up this dumpster fire of a program. We need data, we pay you to collect data, but you aren't, so.... why are we paying you? You have one job, do it.
This app was working fine then the last update happened. Now it will not let me log on. It says that I don't have access to the application even though it worked fine before the update.
We use the website for scheduling at my work, I installed the app thinking I could see my schedule without logging in to the website. It never even opens to the correct day and often tells me I have nothing on my schedule... This app is completely useless
this app was amazing before the December update, now it will not open. I've sent feedback and uninstalled/reinstalled and did a reboot on my system. Still not opening. I use this for work and now its unusable 😶
Most of my coworkers and I use the website on our mobile devices. The app is so limited and much harder to use than the website. Great company, good product, bad app. Please make this run more like the CR website and I can revise my review!
Got an email that there was an update to the app. No update on my end but it does keep crashing.
Seems like this project was discontinued. Doesnt support most necessary functions. Can this be removed until it works properly??
Although our company pays a heafty monthly subscription for Central Reach, this data collection app continuously cashes and fails to load. Zero functionality.
Crashes upon open! (Android, LG G6) Have had this issue for months.
Horrible. Stops working. Have to keep uninstalling and then installing.
Sometimes glitchy, some kinks need to be addressed with CR Go app linking with CR.
The entire system needs an overhaul. Nightmarish to use.

Zero functionality! All it does since the last update is open a window to reply to sender or close app. I've uninstalled the app, looked for more updates, reinstalled, multiple times. Nothing works. I used it for data collection and it was much more convenient with the go app then the main website. Fix it please.
