Since my first update, the biometric lock does not function. I cannot find an area to leave another review, so I'll add to this one. It's still not working. I am having several issues with this app. The biometric option is very unreliable. The search option within the app is absolutely worthless. It also takes anywhere from minutes to hours and sometimes literally days to update the call screen correctly. The calls when open do not update after opening. Not enough room for the rest.
Worst app for first responders ever! Do not let your department purchase this. It won't even open most of the time. No support what so ever.
DO NOT USE!!! This is the worst mobile dispatch app I have ever used. It constantly crashes, will not update incidents, and loses track of several units throughout the day. It's very obvious that this company does not actually care about their product. The customer service is less than useful. They are practically incompetent.
Importing settings on Android doesn't work. Also trying to manually activate after clicking Import doesnt work. iPhone version wants gps on all the time not just when using the app. Map doesnt zoom. Quite disappointing.
Seems every update the issues get worse. Now I am unable to assign my self to my unit so I can see calls but can't respond to them. This app is more trouble than its worth so far.
This new update basically killed the functionality of the mobile CAD for my whole department. The only people who can still access calls are the people who havent updates the app

I log into CentralSquare Public Safety Pro all the time on my work computer. But when I download the app, it asks for an activation code. Where am I supposed to get that code???
This is the greatest app, extremely easy to use.

Limited C.A.D. access. It's a start, definateky getting there.
Using on Android and encountering crashes every time the map is opened. Additionally we do not always receive active calls or there is significant delays. At this point I would not recommend and this is after a revamp of the app. I have heard some good things when used with apple I-pads however cost of apple products with data are the same as running tough books with the free web based version. Hope it gets better over time but at this point our department has no use for this app.
