Very slow app, I only gave 2 stars because I love shopping at Centerpoint, but their app will push your patience to the limits, it's very inconvenient, keeps crashing and bugging and it's extreeeeemely slow.🐢⌚
Worst app ever..!! My previous review before a month or two not even get posted,whenever you spend all the time & energy on completing your shopping it will give error some of them in cart is out of stock Why doesnt even you have the option to show the customer, this is not available pls confirm to proceed and it will be done I am not aware of which one is out of stock and keeps removing some and proceed again. And the same error Such a waste of time,Return back my credit with U almost ayear.!

The app is extremely slow. We can't browse items, hard to load every single page and can't complete check out without restarting the app 10s of times.
Very slow app. Browsing very very poor. I can't able to see 95% pictures . Needs to fix browsing fast

Perfect service and collection is fantastic. The only downside is the app is a little bit slow. Otherwise, all is great.

CPO App is worst app ever i seen in my experience It's very slow and not working properly if you will click options not responding or if responding very slow
Bad app, I can't place the order because some of the item is out of stock but the problems the app doesn't show me which item should I remove so I removed all the items from the card and delete the app
They promised me that they will give me 10% discount on my first online purchase from Centrepoint. I received the delivery but didn't get any discount yet
The application crashes. I tried to pay using my card but got rejected without specific reason. The amount also changes it is 218 sar in all, then it changed into 287 im the sms that I received. I'll change my rating if this will be fixed when my order arrived.
In my first order i could say that was a good experience because of the item is arrived early as i expected . But in my second order i was disappointed because the item was not able to deliver at exact date . I was try to reach out the person who contacted me on WhatsApp but he always telling that he will come and deliver my parcel . But sad to say no one come . What happen to your service ?
Worst experience with the help desk. My return request oending for now 9 days and there is no proper response. Chat bot is always replying with an error . never ever had such a bad experience with Landmark groups. They should reconsider newbees in the team if they are not messing it up.
Useless application login multiple times with user name and password as well change the password, But always gives the message invalid user name or password, It is waste of time to browse the centerpoint app.
There are lots of choices for items but at times the APP will stop and return to homepage.In addition, I couldn't zoom items and delivery timing should not be late evening.
The app is unresponsive. Takes a minute just to tap something to view it and another minute to exit the viewed item.
App is very slow. Ordering something feels like u r using internet in 20 years back when 1 click takes almost 10 min. Please optimize app as 1 click takes lot of time.
Application need more development, and the worst part after making the purchase, is the delivery process, really so so bad, and till now didn't receive my package for order done on 06 march ( 10 days now) with very rude and unhelpful delivery associates.
60% good, response immediately requires, alternative solution requires, for eg. Any one order anyshirt online and its not suitable for him and he want to buy another shirt with same price and cash will be adjusted on previous item and when new parcel deliver the salesman return back to previou item. Swap the parcel
Very slow it will take me years to complete my order. We are living in the age of 5G but this application is taking us to the era of floppy drives and DOS operating system. Hope this will be fixed on priority.
Recieved damaged items with no refund option. I was told to email support staff. Done with it and now they are not at all bothered.
Centerpoint application is better than any other application.... Before I use alot of other applications from other companies when I started using this app I Uninstall all those apps from my phone
This is specifically for app development team. This application is taking a lot of time to load products and display them. Their are many other applications like Amazon, Noon, namshi where browsing is much faster. The waiting time time itself to load products picture is a lot. Please resolve this issue.
Ordering on this app was one of my worst experiences ever, they have zero management for delivering the shipment, if you are not able to pick your order from the store, dont make the order because they will not deliver it to you and they will not process the refund, I have been waiting for my refund for 28 days and till now I have not received it!! So I don't recommend anyone to order on this app because they have delivery issues, as they failed to deliver 3 orders!
👎😡Very poor customer service. I have done online shopping shirt was misfit so I returned it & they issued me voucher of the amount. I have been trying to use the voucher, I could not redeem it so I complainedeverywhere at the showroom, on call in email first of all nobody cared. after 2 months they started to reply through email apologising & asking for more time. Its been 3 months they could not resolve the simple issue. Very bad experience. No to Online shopping with center point. 👎😡
