This app works pretty good and is pretty fast. when I'm driving around, I just wip it out and bang bang! Got the price while at à stop sign. The information provided about the houses gives great insight about the properties listed. I'd say that the only thing missing would be an affiliation with Du Proprio (Quebec) or other smaller real-estate agencies.

It's easy to find the houses available using the filters and the map. I prefer to use the app than the website to search. The only downside of the app is that when you share a link of the house, this link opens in the website instead of in the app, which I find annoying.

How ridiculous! This app says nothing about it covering only Québec! It's advertised as finding your dream Canadian home, so I've just spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why I kept getting zero results searching Nova Scotia for properties. It's possible to zoom the map into any area of the globe that you like, it would be sensible if it blotted out the provinces it doesn't cater to. Deeply frustrating.

I love the various methods of searching, the lay out and the way the details are presented. The only thing missing is other filter options like type of heating: forced air/ central a/c is going to be a huge selling point soon and you can't filter that way at all.

Lots of bug, most of time, I can see the houses on the map, but can't load their pages to see pictures and info. UX is simple, but still I find issue understanding everything.

Very buggy, sometimes search results won't load and listings will just freeze while trying to load the listing details and pictures. 6/3/2020: still experiencing the same issues occasionally even after the update.

Decent app, but too many differences with the website. Filters parameters are not the same, neighborhood breakdowns are different, favourite properties saved to my account doesn't show on both platforms...

I love the information provided by the app as it's useful to my home search... HOWEVER... It often bugs, so that I'm constantly validating via the website. Frequent error messages on the app which makes it impossible to open.

Since last update, property details are slower than ever to display. I click on a property and it's a matte rof minutes until the description and photos load. Don't havr this issue using the website.

Barely used it. Seems ok. But I can't imagine a single good reason it requires permission to add/edit/delete all my google contacts. Made me set a regular reminder to not forget to uninstall app and revoke permission.

worked fine until about 2 weeks ago the search doesnt give result anymore....needless to say that if this app's primary function doesn't work, it doesn't hold any value, therefore I give it a 1 star valuation. when they fix it, I will add more stars.

looks like a great app but useless outside of Quebec. Forget New Brunswick, forget Ontario, forget anywhere else. If it's Quebec only, that should be stated clearly and not buried in the text.

Great app. Quick searches and easy to use for single family homes and condos. What's missing for me is the potential revenue multi-unit buildings, which is displayed in the website

More often than not it fails to show results and property details. App's user experience is good, problem is with loading results.

Seriously, using this app daily and getting so frustrated. When will you fix the damn sorting order not being persisted with saved searches. Just hire me and I'll fix it in 5 minutes!!! #reallyannoyed

Useful but needs work. Especially on managing the saved advanced searches. This app can become frustrating to use.

filters dont work, cant search easily on the map. Website is far more useful, even on mobile devices.

Too many issues. Bugging all the time. Unreliable app, had to reboot it several times ! First use 29 June 2020. You should have a discussion with your app developer.

I just downloaded it and it won't let me log in. It just keeps giving me an internal error, whether I log in through Facebook or with the email that I just registered and confirmed....

Filter does not coresponde to the website Some function of the website are not found in the app. And vice versa. Eg. Year built

Saved searches and favorites from my account are not showing up in the app even though they work fine on the website.

Entered basic criteria to find a condo in Montreal. The results were "zero" . Entered the same criteria on the Realtor app and had multiple results. Zero is pretty much what this app is worth.

your app stopped working. gives an error. says retry. nothing works. used to love it. ive removed and reinstalled...nothing works

cannot figure out how to get alerts when new properties are listed according to my criteria. bery basic.

that's the perfect app. it shows you all the listings from all the platforms. I love it

Using the mobile website is less laggy and more intuitive. The app does less than the mobile website.
