Centris Mobile Banking

I have another credit union account in Massachusetts and NEVER had issues with apps or online banking use, updates and ALL. Have had NOTHING but problems with this bank since relocating!!! Check deposits failed; no notifications; no alerts for payments. App doesn't let me sign in now and I can't schedule payments anymore. It's the 21st century; catch up Centris. Bank shopping today!!!

Loved this app. Then called the call center and asked about it. They told me this is no longer valid app after the update. Company should have sent out an email regarding this but I guess not. Everyone leaving bad reviews after the update just know there is another app that has a white background and same purple emblem that is the new version of this app.

Their update made this app not even function. It won't even recognize my log in even though I registered this device online. Great update....

I reset my password online after signing in because I was prompted to do so. Now the password is working onling but not through the app....

Whatever they during did 2 day "outage" mobile app no longer recognizes my username and password that I've had since I opened acct great job guys! I'll be closing my accounts!

Worked fine then all I get are errors and it told me I had funds available then I ended up overdrawn I am done with this app

unable to sign in, says it cannot validate credentials

Centris supposedly is updating mobile app it's shut down for two days during the week!!! So I'm not able to view my account for two days or more. Come on centris you can do better than this shutting customer out of their accounts, if it was not for customers their would be No centris Federal credit Union

No longer works. Since the revamp it says my login can't be verified. They apparently aren't in network with Android anymore. Don't waste your time.

Doesn't work with Android P. Says can't validate account. Tried clearing app data and still doesn't work. Unusable.

It's terrible. It doesn't do half of what it says it does. It's always telling me I have a certain amount of money left. Then when I spend that money my account goes negative. I hate this app and this bank.

App has given constant error for months. Says to call for assistance. Terrible until they do something about it.

A deposit failed. I waited several days for it to clear which is normal, only to find it failed quickly in the app with zero notification or indication, despite the fact i used it multiple times. You have to dig down to find a failed deposit.

This won't work after the last update! Keeps saying cannot validate my account

This app won't work just keep getting an error message when the app first opens used to work fine with my Note 4 now have Google Pixel 2 XL and nothing!!

I love Centris Credit Union, I have been with Centris for over 19 years, even tho I had to cancel for a year to keep bill collectors from taking my money out of the bank.

I've been locked out of my account for a year and a half due to this app. I emplore you never to download this app ever.

It works one minute then dose not work the next.this app needs help you need to work on this👎👎👎👎

This app is not working for me. It won't let me move on after entering the answer to my security question (s). I'm left feeling frustrated afterwards from repeatedly entering in my answer and nothing happening as a result.

Even worse now, app hangs on loading screen and doesn't load at all.

Much improved. Works very well now. Keep up the improvements.

After trying to download the app several times I broke down and called customer service again. This time the rep I talked to reset my security questions and had me log back in. I picked new questions but left my login the same. After this the app has worked great and I'm ableI to execute any of the functions available. Good app. Thanks

Really upset that they did this update for no reason. I haven't been able to get into my account for almost a week. Instead of fixing it, they're posting pictures of what the "new and improved" centris app looks like. Multiple people cant get passed the security question.

This app is horrible, bad enough to make me consider switching CU's. You cant paste passwords, which means you cant use this with a password manager where it generates crazy random passwords for you. Also, the remote deposit camera function doesnt understand touch-to-focus, so it constantly focuses on random stuff instead of the endorsement. Ive tried every possible surface, holding checks in the air, making my signature ridulously large, and it still focuses on random crap i dont even know

Since this new update I have been getting stuck on the security question. I put in all of the right information and it won't let me in my account also I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, please fix this

This app is slowly (stress slowly) moving towards other banking apps in terms of design and functionality. I really like the quick balance thing. Now it just need a UI update and different color scheme

Several times lately i can't access my account. Might check out banks that don't have this problem.

I know my security question is right but it keeps making me re type it

Constantly tells me to call for assistance and I do not have time for that nonsense, I'm the only one who accesses my account, and there is no good reason to lock it up several times a week.
