Worked great for years until latest update, then app will not open and leaves me with a white screen. Edit: it took 4 weeks but I can use this app again.
So easy and great to use. I like knowing how much i spend can save even transfer money if need be!!
I use this app for my bank account and I could not be happier. I can put a limit to how much I want to spend, I can turn the card off and on in case I lose it or cant find it and worry someone has it, I can make deposits using the app itself, check real time balances and the bank itself is amazing. Always friendly and there to help you. I've been using it for years now and wont go to any other bank because of their service and this app. :) love it.
Not responsive and will not open not user friendly
App will no longer allow you to take pictures to deposit a check. I try to take a picture of the front and it's just stuck, takes the picture and you're just stuck on the hold still screen with the picture frozen behind it, won't move forward. This has been happening for at least 5 weeks.
Worked fine on my old S8 phone. Recently upgraded to a S22, and the app will not load. Freezes with a little Century "C" in the middle of the screen. I've been real happy with the banking app until now. Needs to be fixed.
This app has always worked great and even allowed me to keep my local Michigan bank after living in Florida for five years. I'm not sure if there was a recent update, but my app no longer works on Wi-Fi. I'm leaving three stars as it still does work on the regular network, but it would be great to use on my home Wi-Fi again as well.
Typically this app is great. However, after switching to my new phone this app is unresponsive. Wont even open. Crashes immediately. Is there a known bug with the latest Android? Update: Changing my review back to 5 stars. After the last update to my phone, the app is working great again.
I use the app all the time but it keeps crashing since the recent update I cant even make it to the log in. I have even sent feedback in and it's still not fixed! Very frustrating since I need to be able to check my account!
Good App - you have to reset your password every so often per their security meausures - which can be frustrating but it's only to keep you safe. All in all they did a great job.
After the update, I can't use the app. Just says please call for assistance. And then maybe once after 5 or 6 tries it will work. I have a Samsung S10. Works fine on my Samsung tablet.

App NEVER works! 2 of us in the household have accounts and can never use the app. It's so annoying, my son is changing banks and I'm not far behind. Use their website and they're always having technical difficulties.
I normally have a great experience. Always logs in properly and works fine. Last 4ish days I haven't been able to log in on the app or the website to even check my account balance
App won't load. Click on the icon and it keeps going back to my home screen. I've even tried uninatalling it and it still doesn't work
The apo itself is fairly rock solid unless you mess up your password 3 times which has happened. If this is after hours there is no one to contact about resetting your account. Also there is no way to do much of anything after hours. You need a 24 hr hotline to support this service. Such as raising a daily limit on a card if need be.
It is buggy at times. And I often cannot get into the Bill Pay section UNLESS that's the FIRST area I go to before using any other sections of the App.
Crashes frequently. Regularly get errors while trying to log in - although can log in through the website without a problem.
App stopped working redownloaded and still nothing will work. Thank you for fixing works great again, love it!

Won't load. I can download it. But when I try to open it it'll go back to my home screen. I've uninstalled it and installed it at least a dozen times...
User interface is horrible compared to bigger banking companies. Frequent log outs, photo retakes of check deposits. Deposit max limits are too low and require human intervention to increase.
I love this app, as it gives access to my accounts and the ability modify them when it is convenient to me and not the bank!
Had a little trouble installing the app so went to my bank and thanks to employee she helped me set it up and this a wonderful app. Can check out everthing about your acct. and more . I give it 5 stars!!
App will not work for me. I uninstalled and then renistalled... still says "Unfortunately, Century Bank has stopped."
UPDATE 3/25... VER 21.3.30 Now working on my S22 Ultra. Changing to 3 star for the moment. My old Note 9 app version works fine, but new S22Ultra freezes at first launch screen ... with a white screen plus the small Century burgundy "C" logo in middle. You cannot get any responses to close it! Had to tap " ||| " to engage "CLOSE ALL", then swiped just the Century app upward to close it out. Android 12 .. kernel 5.10.43 android ....
