It's a solid app as far as banking apps go. I don't have any major complaints. Biggest improvement to add: instead of waiting for a Bill Pay check to be cashed before reflecting it in the balance; subtract it from the balance on the day it is SENT. This is how people used to balance check books before apps. It's how you keep from being overdrawn. When the check is cashed, put a symbol next to it. If it doesn't get cashed, send a notice to the account holder.
No update. As of yesterday 11/18 I can not use the app. It says I must download the update from the playstore. The play store says the update happened on the 12th, 6 days ago, and it doesn't not give me the option to update, only open the app. Its not like there's a Century Federal in every town. I need the app to have the best experience with the credit union UPDATE 11/23 Still no solution and the problem persists. So much for customer service
Very simple platform, allows you to do all basic functions you would at a bank, Including depositing checks or transfering money. I wish it would allow me to make separate folders to better manage my funds but it works good.
This app is very convenient and easy to use.
Updates do not work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled on several occasions and the upgrade does not very applied to the app. This is very frustrating.
POS app. Reloaded it for 3rd time due to various hang ups it keeps having. Just did it again and now it won't let me take photos of check i want to deposit after i wrote mobile deposit only on the back and voids depositing in person now. What a loser app that's been skittish from the get go. Go ask Chase back how they manage theirs cuz theirs works.
Menus and buttons could be more intuitive; sometimes it is hard to find what you want.
The new mobile app is okay. I'm hoping that at some point the Quick Balance option will be added to the new app. The signing into the mobile app while on the go to check my balance is a little much.
Can't log in. Blocks the screen, saying update, but when you try to, the app only offers uninstall and open. Press open, screen still blocked, saying update. FIX THIS PLEASE!
Had to uninstall and reinstall to get update (wouldn't let me use it without it). Not sure why it's not automated, but it was very frustrating not being able to use the app.
Where's the update? I remember getting a message awhile ago saying I needed to update. There hasn't been one available. And I cannot login to the app anymore. I have to pull up the website to check my account. That's not convenient at all.
Cannot get into app. Says please update, go to play store and it is either uninstall or open, open and you back to please update.Well, PLEASE fix this so I can see my account. I do not want to drive 40 minutes to a branch!
The new app is complete Trash. I have to log in about 8 to 10 times to access my accounts. The message says " your account is temporarily unavailable at this time"
App (bill pay) doesn't work. Poor/No communication about issue(s)/resolution(s) from C.F.C.U. They should at least post 'current' status on the homepage to help save members wasting time!
Good mobile app, I thought we could use Zelle previously to pay friends etc before this latest update, now since the update we have to setup and use POP money which I thought was older and being replaced by Zelle. If Zelle was available in this latest update, 5 stars would be my review.
The app works well and does everything I need it to do. I'm very thankful to have it and the fingerprint access is great to have.
Doesn't allow me to log in and says to please Update the app. But it's already updated! It won't let me use the app!
The app hasn't worked in over a week. It keeps saying there is an update, if you don't see one in play store wait a few hours, I've been waiting for a week now.
I do most of my business online and lately there's been technical issues that has taken them weeks to resolve. However the manager at the Independence Bank is awesome along with their lead Teller and staff. I am so grateful that CFCU open that bank close to home.
Convenient and easy to use. Only issue is the time it takes for money to transfer to linked accounts.
Often fails to connect with messages that account not available at this time. Frustrating.
If you uninstall then reinstall the app, the update message goes away and you can log back into your account
It's kind of out dated but at least I'm able to use it to transfer and to check my balance and transactions.
Much better than the older version. Easy to use. Fingerprint sign in. Love it
Its very convient and you can set alerts through the app for your debit or credit card transactions.

Updated on 11/12/20. It is telling me to update, yet play store is telling i am running the most current version. I think your CM team need fired, and I think I need a new bank.
