It's best but it could be better if it returns amount of every failed topup service as fast as possible.

Worst banking application. If we forget our password and then we login again then it says unauthorised device.

Worthless Application I send some amount through this app, amount was cut off from the account but the amount doesn't reached to receiver.. I contact the bank.. They told to fill the form.. And i will received my amount in around one month.. From this what I learn The bank can never understand your time value and your emergency.. I will not recommended this app to any other onward..

App should be available in Nepali language optionally. बैंक त गाउँ-गाउँ पुग्यो तर App गाउँले सम्म पुग्न सकेन। User interface हामीले चलाउन सक्ने भएपनि सामान्य लेखपढ गरेकालाई त्यति सजिलो छैन। Many people in my village have this app but they don't use it.They don't get used to it no matter how many times they try to learn. One thing I like about this app is that it's security. I like when the app ask for password every time it starts up. Keep it this way forever.

It was more easier previous version than this. 1. No favourite saved details pane is available now 2. Cashback details for every transaction are not shown 3. No more useful details as in earlier version And many more....

The worst e-banking service ! It never helped me paying online or transferring amount to another acc! It keeps saying your transaction has failed even if uh try 100 times! This is ridiculous! Even the staffs are so rude and not co-operative....they should be trained how to respond to clients! I wish I could give star in MINUS!!

So bad , money withdrawn sms is alerted but no occurance of money transfer . Once my money get deducted and vanished showing "CONVERGENT"(any solution??). please fix these kind of problems. It is making me hate this app.

Any online payment still not working when update new system .....apps please! check it & make payment morethan 5000/-transection bcoze now ur system have only 1000/- one time payment in khalti or esewa load. So, please make system load money more & more than10000/- payment in new system ...

This is the most poorest app someone can get on Play store and it is not worth it this bank it's so ridiculous and very poor at its service. Therefore I highly recommend to uninstall this app and ban it from Play store.

I can't login. It says "couldn't connect to server due to SSL error". I've tried so many times.

This bank is the worst bank of Nepal. When i withdraw my amount from ATM ,the amount is use to be deducted but it shows "transaction has been terminated". It always happens with me.

It is working good but sometimes it just stop working and if i try to login it say " unable to processed errors code: 500" i don't know what does it mean

performance weak, not smooth neither user´s friendly. previous version century mbanking is better than century pay. I think it should be ungrade to better

How to login when you cannot register at first place? Fix the issue ASAP or reply with the tutorials. Then I'll think about the ratings!

Why do u need my camera, phn calls & contacts permission to run the app.?? I denied it ... And now i can't use it.. Solve this asap mula..

I like the upgrade so much but My opinion , need improvement on ui, sometime it lags and log out automatically

Though the transaction was said failed, my money is deducted and there's no transfer of money to other account . Please fix this problem !!!

How to register the device first? There is no option to register . When i try to login after using my user name and password it says that "sorry we couldn't go ahead. You are not registered from this device.please use your own user name. Try again try again no more option without try again

app crashes everytime I try to pay from the app's quick pay service.

Though my internet banking was unsuccessful my amount from total have been deducted and here m waiting from more then 30 min to get my cash back in my account but ......... worst service ever
