Really really frustrated. I had this app on my old phone and it worked great! When I upgraded to the newest phone I'm now given an error message when I try to download...when i called I was told that the app no longer compatible with my phone. I was also told when I called in I could log in on the website. But that doesn't give me the ease of checking as quickly as the app or the option of mobile check deposit. Super frustrated!
It would be nice if it worked the majority of the time. So tired of fighting to login every week
Never let's me log in..... It thinks about it but it never seems to happen . I used to like this app but now I have to login online so what's the point of the app????

Ever since the new update the app is unusable it won't load and crashes every single time you try and use it so I cannot even access my accounts at all.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Says system error a whole lot of the time. It could be a great app if it just worked like it's supposed to all the time.
This used to work great. Now, 90% of the time when I try to use it, it tells me that I do not have network connectivity. I do... Now it's worthless 😟
Would love to see finger print security for this app. Great app otherwise
Such an easy way to check how much money I have in our account! Tells me every transaction that occurs.

Worked fine until update then it just shows error. I am also disappointed that you have a rate page and you can't even repsond to your customers. So sad that you think we are just going to still be here for you with such poor service. I am going to shut down all of my accounts and take my home loan elsewhere. Worst bank ever.
I've noticed tht after a update i have to uninstall for 2 days and then reinstall for it to work. It kinda frustrating.
The app worked beautifully on my old phone which ran Android 5, but is very slow and choppy on my new HTC One A9. It can barely scroll through my transaction list. Please fix!
It worked great untill a week or so ago. Now it only says an error has occurred
Worthless app now. Have to uninstall and reinstall just to use it. Time to switch banks this is ridiculous!!
Talked to my bank they said uninstall then reinstall still says error but when it worked thought it was great app
Downloaded new update today and every time I open the app it says system error and I can't do anything. It would be nice to check my bank account without any issues but that must be so difficult
App Is very handy, but I often have trouble bringing it up.

Customer service has been helpful when I've been unable to login but this app needs help. Every time I go to log in after using the app recently it tells me my last session timed out and then refuses to validate my login due to the time out. The rub is that the said "time out" was when I closed the app after finishing what I was doing. I need to be able to manage my account on the go as it's extremely difficult for me to physically get to the bank due to my work schedule.
