I accidentally got rid of my CenturyLink home app & now when I go to the Play Store it shows it's still in my phone & gives me a button to "Open"...which leads me to login, but then it NEVER logs in! I'm so frustrated!
I just ordered phone only service and I can't create an account, the app doesn't open and on the off chance it does, takes forever to load. I hope this isn't my future with Century Link.
I can not get the app to even open. I can't login on my computer either. CenturyLink is very pathetic excuse for internet. I wish I had choice in my area. Their service is very unreliable
Barely functional. Unable to even login half the time without it crashing. Very buggy. Features will work one day and not the next.
One star because it's almost impossible to open app! The actual app is very good if it opens which takes not only a few attempts but many times over 10 attempts.
Our devices won't even connect When we received our modem. It was sitting in a water logged box. We can't even enjoy the service 90% of the time we're on our own plan with our verizon. When we try to connect to the wifi modem it says no modem found
cant sign in. I do manage to sign in my century link account online but using same username and password does not work to sign in on the app. useless.
Installed app but couldn't log in with username and password, complete waste of time.
I paid two times bill for no reason century link is very non competent company should be out of market...i would give them less than zero if there was such rating...no body try to get service from this non responsible company!
2.7 * Last update? / upgrade? June 2016 No wonder No One can login or use! (OLD TECH ) uncoMpatable with Newer Systems and OS!
CenturyLink fiber optic high-speed internet is reasonably priced and has a fastest speed never goes out I love it.
Ibwish that the system could always be upgraded , everything changesover time

Zero 🌟s Read the reviews there is a reason this company only has a 2.8 rating. There service is ridiculous, customer service is nonexistent and "technical support" a joke. Outsourcing very obvious. I've wasted 5 years with this company. Seriously don't use this company for anything you'll regret it in the long run. After 3 weeks of supposed customer service and technical support I had no other choice than to switch companies. You truly get what you pay for with this company. BUYER BEWARE!

I have had this service for about 3 years. Am retired and on a fixed income. The last 3 or 4 months the modem just shuts off and sometimes stays off over 24 hours. When I FINALLY got hold of customer "service" they said it would be $99 for a service call and $99 a month thereafter. I can barely afford the $64.94 a month I'm paying now. The girl I talked to was totally oblivious to anything other than the rehearsed script she was reciting - I could not get a word in edgewise, said shut up!!!!!
