No longer works. Just get a graphic that shows loading but app never opens. Just get a white screen. Garbage update. Uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache, force stopped, restarted phone. Useless app.
Absolutely awful. Never makes it past the loading screen. Save yourself time and start walking to your travel destination, you'll get there faster than if you waited for this app to load.
What happened? Logged in while on a work trip to load receipts and it didnt work. Thought it was just for maintenance, that's been over 2 months now. I've deleted it and reinstalled 2 times and it's still not working, what's going on?
I used this app for work-related reimbursement without any issues; however, my mileage was inaccurate because it was based on the route pre-determined to be the shortest trip without taking into account the road conditions, traffic volume, or gps based real-time driving.
This worked great for my Android for years, but after the May 2, 2022 update, I can no longer get into it...it won't open. What happened? I uninstalled & reinstalled... same deal.
Complete garbage. I sometimes contemplate quitting my job just so I dont have to use the app but then I'd risk homelessness and even still it only seems slightly better than that or possibly just ending it all.
It was incredibly clunky when it actually worked, now it won't even open. 2 stars for when I could actually use it, 0 stars current state.
Mobile app will not load after May 16. Uninstalled, re installed, cleared cache, restart phone. Help! Others have noted same.

Can't login. Loads in to a blank screen. Garbage.
It works. But it's poorly designed. There are receipts, expenses, a wallet, and expense reports. It's extremely confusing. If I add a receipt, it becomes an expense. I can't figure if I should create expenses and then add pictures/receipts later or if I should start with receipts. It tells me it added two receipts to my expense report and zero expenses, but then the expense report shows 2 expenses with receipts. HUH? When I want to take a picture of a receipt, why should I have to manually choose the resolution of the photo (each time) from a menu of 4 different resolutions. It's not 1990. Just take the picture. You decide. It's not the worst system I've used (oracle expenses). But it's far from the best (Concur).
This app is terrible. For a company dependent on mobile scenarios, it feels like Certify has a budget of $100 / year. It has started to fail to upload when taking a picture of a receipt! For months. Still not fixed. Core usecase? It also has no idea what country I'm in, so currency is never right. Applies tax when it shouldn't. Doesn't integrate with a people directory or calendar. Almost never updates with new features. Think of something written 8 years ago, and this is it.
My company has been around for 42 years. I have personally used this app for about 5 and 1/2 years and have never had any issues at all. I think that it's safe great app and continues to do great things for my company. I personally give it a and A+

Fails to launch since update.
I used to work fine but won't launch at all since last week. What happened?
User unfriendly and often doesnt upload
I ended up using a PC with chrome to handle my expense needs versus the mobile app, which I was having difficulty getting to sync. Pissibly just a firewall issue, but since it didn't work, it can't get a four-star rating.
From the beginning this app has been mediocre at best but it has been over 2 years and our company constantly having issues. The UI is not well designed and overall the app is not intuitive. Many times the app creates more work instead of saving time.
Still unable to open the app
Basically, it does a good job. Considering i enter everything right. Problem i have is when i try to sync. Your app says there is no connection.??? I have 4 to 5 bars and if within reach. Good wifi.
We moved from a company-created spreadsheet to Certify and it was the smartest thing we've done in years. We've reduced errors, simplified collection and reporting, and reduced stress in our users. The system is very easy to install, use, and administer.
This is a terrible app. I was doing expense reports by hand before, this is worse. Never uploads correctly, literally half of my expenses did not match the credit card. Great idea, but needs tons of improvement. Steer clear, Update 3-30-20: its gotten worse, absolute failure between phone uploads and online software.
