CES Credit Union ACCESS Mobile

This credit union as a generalization including the app I would say is wonderful, a++, 5stars, im unsure how to say it anybetter anytime I've had a issue they were very quick to find solutions, very understanding to my disabilities(I use a wheelchair, n they are just so caring, Thank you!) As ive stated they have been nothing but caring and understanding to the human condition, i would choose to not have a bank and app if it wasent CES. Thxu 😊 4 making my life easier on the daily. I.can't get an accurate balance. I got two days and it didn't even register transactions (even as pending) until today. Also, I was told that I can only use the card as a debit card 4 times before they start charging me a dollar for every transaction. I can find a card that shows my transactions (pending or not) immediately, that doesn't charge every time I use it.

CES is a super credit union to deal with. They have always been there to give a loan or just help me. Love banking with them. Very friendly people too!

UPDATE: Got a new phone and had some glitches with setting up the app but they worked with me to get my account unlocked and up and running! Great app and customer service! I love the app. very convenient and easy to use for basic banking requirements.

generally my app is AMAZING easy to transfer my money from home even has bill pay on the app but unfortunately I've been having problems with the finger print enter lately as itll simply not work or the app will say it isnt an option and I have to keep resetting to an option other than that I love my app

The mobile app is great, and it is very easy to navigate.

As far as bank apps go this is by far the worst one I have seen. You cannot deposit checks, and other good features that bank apps have this one doesn't. It is not user friendly and if you need to do more than chack your balance forget about it.

Very happy with CES but wish the app had an option to transfer money to another bank account.

CES is always up and if I do have a problem the staff is wonderful!

I would give this app 5 stars if it were capable of Transferring funds to other users accounts including different banks. Until this app is upgraded to be able to do these things, I will give it 4 stars

this is the third time I had to reset my password and setting on account. really getting frustrating!!!!!

It is very user-friendly the only thing I really miss about the other one is that you could see your pending deposits and now you can't

Love it except i cant transfer from 1 institution to the other and thier app dont offer photo of checks to deposit,in all honesty chase bank app is the best

IV been banking with ces for years now. great bank! never any issues.great employees for sure and always polite when I call in.

Good app. Wish you could do more with messagjng. But i like having quick access.

I have always been able to look at my balance and charges immediately and I have never had an issue

Has everything I need to handle my banking needs, I suppose it'd be nice though if there were more color to draw my eyes around to important things...

I can't get it to open since I updated my phone. just keeps telling me the system is down.

Easy to use. Saves time and gas by not having to drive directly to the credit union.

It's not letting me log in ever since I got a new phone and nothing in my login has changed.
