Worst app not respond to any in put keep on buffering after enter account ID
Most worst app.. After giving pin it doesn't open only loading.. no improvement in app.They only know how to make money
Even though CESC is Private but still WORST service than WBSEDCL. Instead of Multiple complaints they dont even bother to understand customer problem. Their Manager is also not aware that their Technical Engineers are even INEFFICIENT. Higher Authority need to take action to improve CESC Service.
it is a worst app , i have never seen before. i thik some of students have made this in their college project. To download new version, existing needs to uninstall, no upgrade options come when go to play store. Totally disappointed..you people please go through thorough testing before launching in the market. Power supply of cese is very good but app is going to make a bad image of cesc.
Very unfriendly interface. If you are doing it, then do it properly. I guess you are paying a lot of money to these developers, but a basic grad student with a basic knowledge of web development can make better apps than this. I will suggest that you go though various apps that are available in the playstore and compare. If this doesn't fullfill our requirements and we need to visit the office, then what is the point of wasting this money. Being a Developer, I feel really irritated.
utility app. but it too slow to open and get your jobs fone. need to modify UI. make user friendly. and make it fast. and now it is telling to Download the latest app and goes to playstore from where I installed the old app. please change the link or deactivate the pop up menu from the app
There is a problem which I encountered and it need to address, 1. The moment I click on "Outage" for the first time to explore, without any further confirmation it got submitted and I immediately received call from CESC ( which is fantastic) , however, it is not user friendly interface. Try to make few more steps before submitting any complaint or requests. Thanks.
Just a trash. The most horrible thing is that, it is showing complete details like name, registered mobile no., Email, consumer no. of random people on My Account section. That means if I had registered into the app it would show my sensitive information to other random people. That is a massive privacy issue. One cyber security expert can easily exploit that.
Problems observed: 1. App is very slow 2. Android back button cannot be used 3. I always pay bills through third party payment portals to avail cashbacks. While CESC website shows payment status almost instantaneously, this app takes a significant time to show the 'paid' status. Also, the mode of payment is not always correctly shown. 4. PDFs of bills requested through email invariably do not open whereas bills downloaded from the website or link received by SMS are openable.
I would have rated it better had the GUI and data fetching speed been better. Please improve the two for a smooth usage of the app. Overall it is a very usefull app and should have been implemented way before.
Had been using this app satisfactorily since years. Now while opening it is showing please download the latest edition from play store. When opening in Google store, no option of update is showing. I uninstalled then the old app and tried to download cese app. After installing, when I opened the app again, it is again telling me to update the apo from Google Play Store. So I cannot use the cese apk now.
The application is very slow. Once payment is made by card or any other means, it will take one full day to reflect or to get a confirmation that, yes you made a payment. It's not spontaneous. Cesc has the poorest of the it cells who cannot manage the cesc app properly. Very very poor they don't deserve single star. It can be used to just a review of one's electric bill. Nothing more than that. And the best part is, cesc staff is hardly concerned about the fault.
Very slow, all times it needs high speed internet connection to access the main page. Maximum times are spending to load the main page, also what's app navigation is not available from main page. Otherwise it is ok.
The app doesn't function properly. It doesn't let you register, otp generated cant be received. Automatically redirects, unknown account are displayed on your dashboard. Developers need to reframe and bring out a totally new product
Please update the user interface, it feels very dated.. Kindly also improve the functionality as frequently the app hangs and is very very sluggish to respond, pressing back 🔙 button on top left corner repeatedly doesn't work many times
Graphical interface changes required badly !! In most of the pages background is in white colour and texts are also in white. How can anyone read whats written there!! Please rectify this otherwise it's a very nice application 👍
It's a good app but recently it not work properly....there is good internet connection, inspite of I face so much buffering and also it and not open due to internet connection according to the app. Please fix this problem otherwise it will be difficult for me to successfully paid the bill.
Creates a lot of problems sometimes, as it hapenned today. Even after updating the app, when I wanted to open to pay my bill, everytime it asks for downloading new version. I happened so many times today.
Not working properly. Unable to make payment through the app. Not Showing updated payment history. Very unhappy and disappointed. The app should be updated regularly to fix the bugs.
Good App. One small problem. One customer ID was registered earlier with this app. Later that customer ID was changed due to transfer of connection. I had registered the new customer ID, but I can't de-register the old customer ID now.
Too slow..Takes much time to display the bill amount..Tends to hang more often than not..The options do not pop up immediately and buffers a lot..The app needs to more upgraded for a smooth digital experience..
An advance payment was made by me on 11.05.2022 through Bill Desk /G Pay but the same has not been included in the Latest Payment Status of the App even after 10 hours and no reason is being stated by CESC for this delay.
Very slow and creates lot of problem in bill payment. The app should not call any third party browser for bill payment. App should have notice board and whats new. Looks very basic also.
While trying to register a outage it is giving 'no docket found' message
Extremely difficult to log in even with an excellent connection. CESC should look into it. Once logged in, it is ok, but aesthetics need to improve.
Extremely slow app.Takes lifetime to fetch data.Interface is sometimes non-responsive. Sometimes it does not show the data and asks ti add consumer.Fed up with this app.
Every time my valid customer ID shown as invalid. Unable to pay through these app. And also no e bill genarete. App shows no pending bill on my customer ID, but hard copy of bill received from cesc. Very confusing.
useless app. Still showing the billing amount, consumption of an older bill. I have Refresh many times, clear cache data and data also but same thing happened. Instead delete this app from Google Play, we will be happy with no cow rather than a bad cow.😠
Very poor interface. Logged a complaint. They are showing your compliant is submitted and docket number is blank. You cannot find the compliant also in the complaint history. Simply waste of time.
The app gets the job done. But as an android app, it does not maintain modern standards. The loading times are terrible. The interface is outdated. Developers did not even implement the Android back button function. When we press the back button, the app tells the user to press a separate back button in top left corner of screen. Quite inconvenient! Terrible UI design. I hope they work on the User Experience of the app some day.
