Needs to be updated for real. As is the "download vehicle license" function is not working. Sadly the web version is also tied to the same application code, so as of today, and on my knowledge: 1 week ago the function has been greyed making it a huge hassle because requires taking 2 days off from work, 1 to go to cesco physically, 1 to renew car tags

I've used for about 6 months, starting after getting my first Moderna vaccine and it worked very well. I was able to update my info with the driver's license renewal and the 2nd and booster doses. And then, in Dec 2021, it kicked me out, prompted me to enter my data, and then says it's invalid. Repeatedly, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix it!

App does not open. Everything was ok, but no I try to open the app and it keeps crashing. Can't use it.

Generally I like the app. But I wish it had two very important things: 1. Push Notifications for Appointment Reminders, and 2. Sending Calendar Events trough email for appointments. I just missed a very important appointment because it was not in my calendar and the app didn't show a reminder either.

Moving violation showed up in online account a few days after. Got the early discount and made payment successfully.

Can't be without it. Love this at the moment update information of license and vaccination.

I have my three COVID-19 vaccines but my booster doesn't show on the app even though I had it in October 2021. I call the Health Dept Vacu-od verification center but no one answers the call even after waiting for an hour.

After entering license, ss, and date of birth it crashes and closes app. This is Android. If I could give zero stars I would.

Garbage, been trying to input my VacuID info and keeps failing. The interface is tedious at best.

The vacu ID portion of the app keeps on asking me to reenter my vaccination information, but then it tells me it can't confirm it. This is strange since it confirmed it before. This is just another example of how the "Puerto Rico government does it better." Will see if they ever fix this issue, or they just ignore it like just about everything else that they do.

Download to android phone and /or print the Vehicle License / Marbete is not working. It's just a view mode. Upload to the cloud, is not working either. Please, provide any additional settings required or make it more intuitive. Very good step into the right direction. 👍🏼

You can't print any certification, at least on Android, certifications are just a view and the share button is not working. You can't share to anything, it's not working with WhatsApp, email clients, cloud providers, printers, etc... This is worthless unless we can download the documents!!!

Horrible UI, it seems like a LITERAL online version of their service: ambiguous help all around, no rating system for their feedback, non-unified system of tracking tickets and users. It is an entire mess.

The Vacu-ID QR code does not appear. I get a white box (fixed). Now the app does not work.

A Government Application. Been force to be use by citizens. Which is also using your location and microphone for no good reason for this app. The only reason is for tracking purposes and listening. There is absolutely no need for this app to have access to your location and microphone.

Needs to put the meanings of the symbols because almost all of us have no idea whay the Yellow "P" means next to the fine and whatnot

If I could id give this a zero! I don't know if you guys are aware that we are in the middle of a damn pandemic and for such reasons not everyone was able to renew their license because some cesco had to close due to covid19 cases, so why you guys don't take that in consideration and let us renew our license even if it has 1 month of expired? I NEED my license and can't renew it till December 24 and was hoping to do it here but cant, this app is useless.

Been trying to reinstall the app but it won't download. It just keeps on pending, pending and pending. This is very frustrating. I uninstalled it by mistake and now it won't download.

It stopped working. It says invalid when I try to scan the Vaccine Récord Card

The main purpose for me was to print the renewal notication of my car, the option is visible, but not functional. I was able to see a very old fine, but luckily I still have the evidence that the judge cancelled it. People... if you pay or a judge cancelled the fine, you need to keep the evidence for life or DTOP probably will try to make you pay... a fine of 2015 still on system even the judge cancelled it.

Worked fine when installed. Now it says it need to update. There are no updates available so I uninstalled and installed again. Still asking for it to be updated. If there is really an update please upload it. Bad bad! Spanish version. La aplicación funcionó muy bien recien instalada. Ahora pide que baje una actualización que no existe. Asi que la desinstalé, la reinstalé y aun pide que baje una actualización. Si existe una que la pongan. Malo, malo!
