I give it five stars because the first time I purchased crypto using this app I had such a difficult time sending to my secure wallet. The company itself stopped the transaction, normally I would be mad but, they emailed me step by step and told me how to verify it was me. What I expected to take a week of back and fourth took at most 2 days. The security is tight and thats what I enjoy most of this app. That and the communication of the team.

shockingly bad crypto wallet. fully verified, and blocking anything over £3000. So waiting a day to withdraw more, then the payment doesn't send and has been pending for hours. If there is a delay in crypto it can cost you thousands, so there is literally zero point to using this wallet. Also, support does not get back to and you CANNOT get support from the app, just on the website. What is even more shocking is that this is St James Place owned. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ AVOID

It feels like an app with a 5$ budget. It doesn't feel smooth and I just want to use it to check my wallet, but it's very confusing. I want to be able to see each crypto showing how much ive earned from it, not just the total value of the wallet. The color theme is very bad. This app should have a redesign and look simpler for the average user.

Easy to use, fast deposits and withdrawals. But the enhanced verification its almost impossible to be made. That makes it 8 out of 10 from me!

No support. E-mail not working, sends back an automated response to use the website "chat" for help, which is actually an incredibly useless bot. Cannot get in touch, cannot report issue. For quite some time now the app is not working any more, stuck on Network Issues while i am connected and all other apps work fine. Read their very rude response here, and now it happened again a few months later. They do not care for customers. Will uninstall asap. Disappointing to say the least.

The app is extremely frustrating! I have had issues with nearly every step of setting up my account and the screen appeared to freeze whilst I was trying to create a Pin Code. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app to anyone and I may not remain friends with the person who recommended it to me.

Don't ever use this app! You'll send your coins to your CEX.io wallet, but it won't let you send them back to other wallets outside CEX.io. Besides that the fees are ridiculous. This is the worst exchange platform.

They conveniently disabled ZIL Withdrawals without specifying a reason. The reason is that ZIL price is $0.21 while on cex.io is $0.189. Don't bring assets to this platform. Edit: Blocking the withdrawal benefits cex.io in multiple ways actually.

Deposited USDT and then tried to withdraw it, but I'm being required to wait for level 3 verification to go through before they'll release it. The messages all say it's for my safety and security that I can't withdraw the funds. If you're not going to let people withdraw before doing level 3 KYC, then why do you let them DEPOSIT before doing level 3 KYC?

works only for a few purchases then won't allow you to purchase. claiming it's you bank when it's they are restricting the account purchase app works fine otherwise. of course if you inquire they won't tell you anything

App doesn't even work any more, just get a black screen with 5 non-functional buttons across the bottom. (Galaxy S10+)

Terrible customer service. I have been trying for 3 days to try to get through the kyc for address verification. This should be simple and easy but it is impossible with the CEX.io They keep denying my KYC application and everytime I try to ask customer service why they just say "we can not give me an answer". Reply to developer: The problem is you don't tell me what your procedure is. I have tried over 5 times. Everytime i ask how to fix it you say you can't tell me because it is "a secret"

Very poor indeed! Anytime I try to deposit with a card and it doesn't work, my earlier approved KYC will be rejected almost immediately. Would have to start all over again. Three different times I completed my verification up to the address verification level and three times it has been rejected after trying to deposit with a card that I do not determine or control how or where it works. Very pathetic!!!

seem pretty legit I made my first withdrawal attempt and it's pending approval ??? I am 100% legit in my credentials so we'll see how well this platform works for a simple withdraw on the 1st use. ...... I have tried so many times to get in but can't it blocks when trying again I can't get in it also denied my request.

This app has pretty much stole £90 from me. I made my first withdrawal to another wallet what was blocked and suppprt has kept Interrogating me with delayed replies, wanting details on where I'm sending my BTC. After explaining where it's going I've had no reply and withdrawals have been blocked even withdrawing from a verified (on there app) debt card. I will be looking into legal action for my money and wasted time of the investment of that money. Never experienced this. Unacceptable.

Terrible app. Easy to deposit but almost impossible to withdraw. Don't waste your time and data installing this app

Nice app and excellent customer service.. But recently having issues making card deposit into my account using my app. kindly do well to improve on this. Overall. I have had a wonderful experience thus far.

Great service, good support and easy to deposit and purchase crypto. However try getting crypto out and that is a different matter. Been trying for 3 weeks now to withdraw crypto. Tried to withdraw to 2 other exchanges and the transaction never goes through 😡 you can deposit in but you'll never get it out.......
