Great card to rebuild your credit. It is one of few that will let you add your wife or husband. If you pay your bill on time and over the minimum amount due for 6 months they raise your limit. Thats a big +! My only complaint would be not being able to pay your bill through the site with debit card. Even if you call if you want to pay with debit card, they'll charge you 10.00 That's just ridiculous. Especially if you are paying a much larger amount than minimum.

It's some what convinient .. you must allow 2-3 days and make your payment before it's actual due date.. the app is very slow with updates.. I already received my first bill by mail.. but on the App there are no payments due.. (go paperless I think is a horrible idea). It happened with my other credit card co. They sent me the bill after the due date ... So they can collect late fees.. sneaky sneaky sneaky...

Avoid this card!!! Takes weeks before they take payment. Charge you random fees. Pay attention to what checking account you use to pay with. It could end up costing you more fees. 40 dollar payment turns to 80. Wish I never got it. Luckily it is my card with the lowest credit limit. So I dont use it often. To fix or build credit dont use it.

The app is easy to use, it does have its faults but its better than not having an app at all. I have made a payment twice, lucking i was able to use a cash advance on another cash to cover the double payment and it would have overdrawn my checking. It dis cost me though a few $$ for the cashadvance.

App is severely limited. Doesn't retain login user & PW info, asks each time if want to use Biometric fingerprints but doesn't retain. Doesn't allow for Text updates only email, slow processing for charges & payments. Have yet to receive statement emails. Its an account that needs heavy personal babysitting & monitoring. Seems CFC has know for years their APP has issues but NOT DONE ANYTHING TO CORRECT, just pathetic.

No issues with the actual card but the app is very slow with updating payments. Well over a week and it continues to not show proper available balance. Also wish their was a way to pay with debit card vs using checking account.

Was declined a credit limit increase as the app returned a payment that I made early, I paid it when it was returned and was even reimbursed for the fees but still am denied for any limit increases although I have paid 8 months on time. Very dissapointing as I rated it 5 stars to start..

2 stars only because I have 2 cards with CFC and I can only access one of them thru the app, major inconvenience. Secondly, it takes them forever to take the money after I've paid them and it seems like it takes even longer for my credit to be available.

It's easy to navigate, but I wish you could ask for a credit increase and also wish when making a payment it didn't take it like a check because it take three day b4 the money comes out.. If it took it out like a debit then I wouldn't have to worry about waiting for my card to get there money because I have other charging my card to like Netflix

Very confusing. We have Cerulean credit card and you type in the playstore and it come up Cerulean but then it shows this and then you enter your account number and it says Mayrix Mastercard but it has the correct information and everything also it has issues with setting up autopay and you need to call them to make a payment because it doesn't take a 1 time payment or autopay and you will be charged late fees and fees to pay over the phone luckily we pay all our credit cards off the same day

Cards are good but I can't make a payment on the app or online on my second card. I have to spend almost 10 minutes on the phone to make a payment. App needs to be updated to allow payments to multiple cards.

I mistakenly applied and accepted the terms on this card. I would not recommend it to anyone else under any circumstances. I am receiving phone calls and text messages notice the terms are plural before my due date. I will be closing this account after a year and have no intention of using it

Your app sucks won't let me put in banking info so I can make a payment. I better not get charged a late payment fee, if that happens I'll be turning you in to the better business bureau, and the attorney general of NYS for shady business practices.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Slow. The payment disappears on the date, so I've made a double payment before and had a crazy credit on my account. There is no real options for viewing your credit card data. And payments take forever to process. The balance that shows is never correct.. I mean, ever. When you try to view payments, it's a total pain. Viewing the statements isn't fun either. I like the card itself SO MUCH, but the app is not great at all. They need a new app!!!

The app is extremely basic, and has a few glitches. The app constantly asks for my credentials after logging on. The app does not appear to update your account activity in real time. Even after paying my account in full, it shows the wrong available credit. The only part of the app that seems to function well is linking your Banks and making payments. So for that reason, i only rate it two stars.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. I've lost access to my account for almost a month now. I can log on to the website fine but not the app and The website won't let you make a payment so my solution will be to cancel the account. I didn't ask for their credit, they offered it to me. I suggest that everyone else with a 0 balance do the same. This company is shady. Update: I upgraded the app, took it off of my phone and put it back and it STILL DOESN'T WORK!! Enough is enough.

Pretty easy interface with one big flaw in my opinion. When you are choosing an amount to pay, the only options are TOTAL BALANCE and OTHER AMOUNT, and it doesn't show you the minimum amount due on the payment screen. You have to go back to the main screen to see the minimum amount due, then go back to the payment screen to enter it manually. It would be nice to have the minimum amount due show up on the payment screen as an amount you can automatically select.

I was torn between a 2 and 3 star rating because although it seems to be user friendly (I just downloaded the app), it doesn't seem to want to accept the amount I choose to pay. I had to re-enter my payment 3 times because it defaults to pay the entire balance...that can be costly for someone who does not pay attention to detail. I went with a 3 star rating because it has the fingerprint sign-in feature (which I've yet to test). If improvements are made, I will update my review.

Worst app and credit card. You can't even pay your bill with it because it keeps freezing your phone, then they want to charge you $10 when you call to pay your bill! So many things it doesn't cover then you call in and they tell you it doesn't work for that. It's not written in the contract. Customer service is horrible too. The people that left good reviews must be working for them, or be desperate for a credit card. Stay AWAY !

Downloaded this app to try to access my account after their webpage was changed and it would no longer let me log in to my account...have tried different browsers, different devices, and have tried to call customer service (the automated system keeps hanging up on me after it says it is transferring my call). Hoping this problem gets fixed very soon as I am on paperless billing and that involves a certain level of trust in a company's IT department.

This app is great for making payment on your account. HOWEVER, I don't like the app nor the website. There's definite improvement needed in BOTH! the inaccuracy in card availability is nuts! I've had several instances where I'm going off the app to show me pending transactions only to not see items listed that I know I seen on the website. And vice versa. On the site shows one availability and transaction list that's not always same as app. FIX YOUR SITE AND APP TO TALK TO EACH OTHER!!!! THANKS

App has a lot of connection errors. When it works, it is decent.... however I have not been able to login to the app for several days. It keeps saying problem with my internet connection. However, I went to the website on the same device and did not have any issues logging in Maybe there was a recent update that messed something up.

If I could give zero stars I would. These incompetent clowns can't even understand the most basic conveniences of technology. They said they would send me an email to render a resolution to my problems, they never did that. If you have multiple cards with these idiots, then good luck. They are not about customer service. They love customers detriment.

Customer service is 2nd to NONE. I called for service and a HUMAN answered. It shocks me every time (called 3 times over 2 years). The customer service people are knowledgeable and helpful.

Works ok, have to put in password everytime, fingerprint login does not work, asks if I want to use it, then nothing the next time, asks the same thing again.
