Much improved! This new version of the app is so much easier to use. I haven't had any glitches since the update. It isn't the best mobile banking app out there but it certainly has come a long way for a small local credit union. I appreciate the ease of deposits and transfer between accounts both within the bank and with my business bank. It would be nice to be able to auto deposit to the CD account but I may just need technical assistance to figure that out.

Been using it for years. Very informative of when it's going under maintenance and how their hours may change during certain times of the year. Most important things for me is not having complications with transfers or viewing account summaries.

Weird bug. Account Summary screen is always blank. Account Activity shows the accounts and their balances. Filed a ticket. Been there for years and across multiple Android phones. Not recommended.

This app update does not work. I am constantly getting locked out of my account. I try to use the fingerprint feature and continue to get invalid entries when I try to log in with my login information.

I have had to change my password at least twice a week for the last three weeks or so. Use to love this app but it's awful now. Uninstalled and reinstalled but it didn't help. Really disappointed.

Original App seemed fine... 2022 update something went awry... takes like 5 attempts to log in - has trouble connecting to CFCU, several attempts it does it - just frustrating.

For 6 months I cant log in without changing password. It won't recognize my password every single time. I contact the bank itself and they state that it's a user error. "Trying using a phrase so it's easier to remember". I repeat to them it's the app itself and they still state its user error and repeat themselves. Alls I need to do is deposit a stupid check every month and cant have the simplicity of using an app. It's quite "funny" that other people are having same issue as I am!

This app used to work fine on my phone, but the last year I've had issues. I keep getting message box that says Page not found Site is untrusted. Now it just won't open. I've tried everything I can think off with no luck. Oh, I also have an Android. Not happy!!

The app has been really helpful when I need to make quick transfers from my savings to checking, or when I want to deposit checks remotely. The only issue I ever have is when it won't take my fingerprint sign in too many times and I have to wait half an hour to try again.

There's good things and there's bad things. One of the bad things is how clear do I have to take pics of both sides of my check? Because I do it as clear as possible I've asked for help and mobile deposit still doesn't work. Please fix. Make the app more accessible. We have it so we can look at our account. Kinda hard to do that when they say they don't change passwords or can't. A month I haven't been able to access my account simply because of the authentication. My number still isn't updated

Much better. The newest update is so much faster loading. Overall very impressed.

CFCU makes banking so easy. It's such a benefit to do most of the transactions you need to do on line.

I love the app other than after they previously changed it I can't look at my balance from the fast balance it keeps telling me an error accured

Easy to use, & efficient. Wonderful financial institution.

Very useful app, especially for electronic deposits.

So far I am quite underwhelmed. The "Instant balance" feature regularly doesn't show an updated credit card balance. I'll hope that it improves but so far I'm missing the old app.

The app itself is great. Keep getting a white screen everytime I try to log in with my fingerprint. Have to log in by typing my user ID and password in order for the app to actually work.

While this app isn't all bad, it could be much better if CFCU didn't treat Android users as second-class citizens. They have had Apple Pay functionality with their debit card for years now, and all that time their website has claimed that they are currently working on getting Samsung Pay and/or Google Pay platforms to work as well. However, when asked directly, their representatives admit there are no plans at all to add the options for Android users - but only that the more people request it, the more likely they will eventually look into it "sometime in the future."

Makes banking on the go very easy and safe . I would be lost without this App

Had a scheduled payment. Tried to cancel it. Said to go to scheduled payment. Tried to delete. Said I couldn't because had future payments. Tried to delete from Popmoney. Said I couldn't. Circular insanity. Finally bank called after telling me to cancel scheduled transfers (never had any..never asked about either). Bank person tried to blame my PHONE! What a JOKE. FINALLY cancelled by bank person. Please fix this problem. 2/8/2021 Latest issue. Popmoney option will not open. Frozen.

After update app is constantly not working

Deposit is ok, it works but it would be much better if you could use a finger print and check you credit score, like other modern financial apps.
