Recent update broke the mobile deposit feature for me. When attempting to take a photo of the check camera opens briefly then closes. On Google Pixel 6 Pro---Edit - your fix didn't work---2nd edit - I'm not going to reduce my device performance so your app might work, how about fix the app instead???
Horrible I tried to update app and it does recognize my info, which is correct. Try to watch the set up video directme to different video, I wonder why arbitrary change them the app without asking members if agree to the change or do at least pilot test.
Barely functional. Lot's of crashing. Most functions either don't work, only work periodically, or don't have any useful purpose. MFA through text, the system never sends the text, so you have to use the voice call option. There's nothing convenient about using this app. If you manage to connect with support..."we don't support the mobile app".
The Addition Financial app does everything I need it to do. It's easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. It could be updated though, to allow switching from account to account without having to log out and back in. I have multiple accounts with Addition and have to log in and out constantly. Other than that inconvenience, it's a real Plus.
Slow, errors, buggy, inefficient. When CFE switched over, they should have kept the old platform and merely updated the logo and name. It's absolutely terrible trying to access your transactions, deposit a check, trying to make payments, or transfer funds. It adds a whole new level of stress to banking.
2019 update was bad now it don't work and it would be nice if the finger scan worked also. It has so many issues and it takes them so long to fix it. I also bank with Chase and their app is awesome and everything works On it And I never have Problems and when they do they are fixed fast. I'm a very dis satisfied customer with addition financial. They have too many problems that just takes on too long to fix.
I loved this app for my banking before they changed to Addition Financial. Never had any issues depositing checks or making payments. Now I get an error every time I try to mobile deposit a check or make a payment on my credit card. Tells me to try again later (then still doesn't work) or call customer service, but no specific number is listed as a customer service number. Definitely not happy with this app anymore!
Whatever security enhancement/update to the system that happened the last two weeks has completely destroyed this app. The sign in no longer works with a fingerprint, the app can't switch between sections, glitches and freeze every other two. I don't even want to use the app anymore. It has to be fixed!
The new version of the app that came with the company revamp is PAINFULLY slow. It takes about 30 seconds to recognize I clicked something. The login is dreadful as well. The fingerprint login is not working, and the traditional login is only working half the time. The new design of the app looks pretty good, though.
This version is horrible compared to the original. Access takes so long to open, doesn't show due dates on the main account page for loans & credit cards like the original did, and actually getting INTO the account is so slow i cannot tell if it has locked from being indecisive or just plain uncontrollable. There was no need whatsoever to change the app other than branding. Your designers need to go back their For Profit University to learn from their mistakes. Fix this please.
Here I go again 2 years later in forced to get an update, only let's me log in after several attempts, I log out to try to relogin again and back to square 1, this app is horrible can't get anything done
Never had a problem till now app saying there's a update but playstore saying it's up to date ?? Please help I use this app all the time I also have Uninstalle and reinstall nothing change Thank you so much it update after I clear the cache appreciate it
Finally!!! After the most recent update 3/9/22...I can use the app smoothly and easily. Thank you, its finally working like it should. Great app for this bank. 👏
Actually I have only one issue - I cannot get a full logout due to a fingerprint authentication issue. Is does log me out, but brings up the fingerprint login screen again. I have sent messages and have received several trouble shooting tasks which have not worked. It appears others have not reported this issue. I want to encourage anyone with similar problems to send a message within the app or website describing the issue.
Needs improvement badly. Rejects my login and says to call customer service. Load time is so long I can call and get answers faster. Navigation is very poor. Credit card rewards program information isn't available on the app. Overall I would recommend avoiding using this unless absolutely necessary. 05/14/21 update App won't transfer funds between accounts. Customer service is no help and asks me to use desktop for the transfer instead. I'm closing my account and going to a real bank.
It's faster using a browser. I'm on a Galaxy Note 9, and the app takes about 25 to 30 seconds to load. Clicking on my different accounts is glitchy as well. Sometimes when I click on an account history, there will be nothing there. When I select how far back to display, nothing appears.
Terrible bank and terrible app. Way behind the times, do not waive overdraft fees, they extend no courtesies whatsoever to members it seems, they use some ridiculously outdated credit rating system that NO ONE else does and the bank overall is not customer service based at all! This app upgrade was LONG overdue but the whole bank and system needs an overhaul.
Updates and changes have made this a great application to use. Loads quickly and has some good security add-ons.
Not sure what's changed, but the app is not working. After I use the fingerprint option to login, the app attempts to load and gets stuck. I've un-installed and re-installed the app, but like a previous user mentioned, it acts like I've never un-installed when it immediately asks me for my fingerprint. Please update or fix this glitch. Restarting me phone did solve issue either.
this has to be the absolute SLOWEST app on the market. It is almost unbearable. I thought the app had froze and then finally it would open a function. They really need to fix this, the CFE app was much faster. The change to Addition seems to have Subtracted from the technology side.
The app won't open at all. I tried to uninstall and install and still won't get past my fingerprint. Acts like it's still installed?? Had no problems while it was CFE. I hope Addition is reading these comments to fix all these errors and poor ratings from so many poor reviews. All my other bank card apps are working properly along with all other apps I have. It's NOT my phone, it's definitely this app.
Just started with them & I'm feeling pretty good about this bank! It's a bit different from what I'm use to but my experiences are always smooth, I love it!!!🙌🏽 The app is more of a simple & straight to the point kinda thing. Though, it would be nice if the online banking app would have zelle...
Same as the recent reviewers - fingerprint does not work. I have just been signing in the 'old way' (ID and Password). Other functions work just fine. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled, rebooted phone, cleared cache and removed and re-added fingerprint sign-in - none of the options work.
The app isn't getting any better with every update the latest one destroyed the access to fast balance and it DO NOT work no matter how many times I log in and reset my account . Addition financial needs to find a new tech team to operate both the app and the on line banking site. the both go from bad to worse
